No obstante, ni un solo momento imaginé que estuviera realmente muerto. A pesar de todas las ficciones literarias, semejante idea es absolutamente incompatible con la existencia real.Pero ¿dónde me encontraba y cuál era mi estado? Sabía que los condenados a muerte morían con frecuencia en los autos de fe. Desatinadamente, extendí mis brazos por encima de mi cabeza y a mi alrededor, en todas direcciones. Had I been remanded to my dungeon, to await the next sacrifice, which would not take place for many months? This I at once saw could not be. Victims had been in immediate demand. Moreover, my dungeon, as well as all the condemned cells at Toledo, had stone floors, and light was not altogether excluded.
A fearful idea now suddenly drove the blood in torrents upon my heart, and for a brief period, I once more relapsed into insensibility. Upon recovering, I at once started to my feet, trembling convulsively in every fibre. I thrust my arms wildly above and around me in all directions. I felt nothing; yet dreaded to move a step, lest I should be impeded by the walls of a tomb. Perspiration burst from every pore, and stood in cold big beads upon my forehead. The agony of suspense grew at length intolerable, and I cautiously moved forward, with my arms extended, and my eyes straining from their sockets, in the hope of catching some faint ray of light. I proceeded for many paces; but still all was blackness and vacancy. I breathed more freely. It seemed evident that mine was not, at least, the most hideous of fates. And now, as I still continued to step cautiously onward, there came thronging upon my recollection a thousand vague rumors of the horrors of Toledo. Of the dungeons there had been strange things narrated.

2． 西班牙語的小舌音，卷舌連續(xù)抖動(dòng)的r、rr是中國(guó)人的難點(diǎn)，竅門有三。一、發(fā)音前多加上“德拉”；二、利用漱口的時(shí)候，多延時(shí)5分鐘——“嘟魯魯”；三、堅(jiān)持2-4周利用上下班和無人的時(shí)候，練習(xí)卷舌，以上三點(diǎn)定會(huì)讓你有“西班牙”味！還有些音是要聲帶鎮(zhèn)動(dòng)的，要注意！
3． 掌握西班牙語動(dòng)詞的變位也是個(gè)要死記硬背，熟能生巧的活！他的變化是為了口語交流中大量的省略主語，口語的方便帶來的動(dòng)詞變位頭痛是每一個(gè)有志學(xué)好西班牙語的人要克服的難關(guān)。有人說：“流利地讀，熟練變位”掌握好了，西班牙語就學(xué)會(huì)了一半??！初學(xué)者就沒有白學(xué)！你也知道了重點(diǎn)在哪里了，可以集中精力去攻哪一塊了。
4． 有點(diǎn)英語基礎(chǔ)的人，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)西班牙語單詞在多數(shù)主要單詞詞干上非常接近，這樣大家學(xué)習(xí)起來又省了些勁！
5． 學(xué)習(xí)任何外國(guó)語，要以模仿開口為優(yōu)先，背會(huì)一句就應(yīng)用一句，這樣就算掌握了。不要，先糾語法一堆，就是不敢開口！講錯(cuò)了，因?yàn)槟闶峭鈬?guó)人，別人的背景比你大，所以人家仍然能聽懂你，就象外國(guó)人講漢語，即使很不準(zhǔn)，你也能聽懂，搞明白，會(huì)原諒他的不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的。膽子大是第一啊，有人說過，你學(xué)外語多數(shù)都不是為了當(dāng)電臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)播音員吧，何況，即使母語能挑上當(dāng)播音員的又有幾個(gè)？降低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，抓住重點(diǎn)，能繞開你學(xué)語言的誤區(qū)！
