    一、信函寫作:稱呼、正文、落款
    1、審題—-判斷是個人書信&事務(wù)公函
    決定:
    語域使用:正式:使用禮貌表達,不用縮略語(對公)
    半正式:可以使用縮略和口語表達(對私)
    非正式:(一般不考)——It depends
    呼語: 特定的寫信對象:Dear XX
    不明確收信人:Dear Sir/Madam, or To Whom It May Concern
    2、正文
    三段(8句):寫作目的段、細化段、感謝或者期待。
    3、各種信函內(nèi)容安排
    10)推薦信
    A.框架
    第一段: 寫信目的,指出寫信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系;
    第二段: 推薦原因(品質(zhì),能力,性格等):多寫優(yōu)點肯定成績;
    第三段: 總結(jié)說明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任某項工作)。
    B.范文
    Dear sir/ Madam,
    It is with great pleasure that I recommend to you Zhang Jian, an outstanding graduate majoring in Business Administration.
    I have been in charge of Mr. Zhang’s class since they were freshmen, so I know his well. He is courteous, sincere and hardworking. He took several courses in computer science, which strengthened his administration ability. And his excellent communication ability and a good command of English add a lot to his managerial skills.
    I believe Zhang Jian is the right person for the position as an administrator in your company. I recommend him without reservation and believe you will find him a helpful and responsible staff member.
