First,I think that it's important to develope your hobby.For example,if you enjoy singing verymuch,you could practice singing everyday to relax yourself.You can also play computergames,play soccer,play basketball and so on.Why don't you have a try?
Second,you shouldn't always think about something sad.If you failed in an exam recently,youshouldn't pay too much attention to your mark.
Finally,it's really important to talk with your parents and friends often.You can share yourhappiness and memory with them.The more you share with others,the happire you will be.
