Keeping Pets
飼養(yǎng)寵物
Nowadays, many people would like to keep pets as their companions. There are so many petshops, pet foods and even pet clinics around us. For the pet owners, pets are their favoritefriends and can bring them countless pleasures.
現(xiàn)在，很多人喜歡喂養(yǎng)寵物作為自己的伙伴。我們周圍有許多寵物商店，寵物食品甚至寵物醫(yī)院。對(duì)于那些寵物的飼養(yǎng)者來(lái)說(shuō)，寵物是他們最好的朋友并且能給他們帶來(lái)無(wú)盡的樂趣。
However, pets can bring problems to others as well. Some people complain that their lives aredisturbed by so many dogs' barking; some children even get hurt by the dogs or cats. Manypeople think that pet-keeping should be limited.
然而，寵物也會(huì)給他人帶來(lái)麻煩。有些人抱怨他們的生活被如此多的狗吠聲所騷擾;小貓小狗還可能傷及孩子。許多人認(rèn)為喂養(yǎng)寵物應(yīng)該受到限制。
As far as I am concerned, pets are our friends so we should treat them kindly. Yet we shouldalso consider other people's feelings. I hope while we are enjoying the happiness pets bring tous, other people can also continue their quiet and peaceful lives.
就我而言，寵物是我們的朋友，我們應(yīng)該善待他們。然而我們也應(yīng)顧及他人的感受。我希望在我們享受寵物給我們帶來(lái)的幸福時(shí)，他人仍能夠擁有寧?kù)o平和的生活。
