    企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的對(duì)象設(shè)定為企業(yè)的全部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，包括了企業(yè)的靜態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(純粹風(fēng)險(xiǎn))和動(dòng)態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(投機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn))，認(rèn)為企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理不僅要把純粹風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的不利性減小到最小，也要把投機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的收益性達(dá)到最大，就業(yè)崗位為金融機(jī)構(gòu)的內(nèi)控或者宏觀監(jiān)管部門。
