1.申請者的錄取院校需是正規(guī)的北美或“U.S.-style”模式：1)學期制(term,quarters, semesters, etc);2)學分制(a grade is given for each course in each term);3)英文成績翻譯
*若申請者條件不符合上述要求或申請者從本科第二年才申請轉學一律按照大一新生的申請模式進行。
2.對于全日制轉學生而言提前修滿24個學分;哥倫比亞學院最多修夠學分64個，哥倫比亞工程學院最多68個學分即可
3.AP/IB成績也可，最多16個學分。
4.GPA：平均3.5;申請工程學院申請者的數(shù)學及理科專業(yè)課程學分最低3.5

普通申請表：The Common Application and the Columbia Writing Supplement, or the Columbia First-Year Application
申請費：$85 Application Fee or Fee Waiver
ESSAY：必須
3封推薦信：One high school counselor’s recommendation and school profile;These recommendations must come from teachers who taught you in academic disciplines.*For engineering applicants, one must come from a math or science teacher
高中成績單：School Report (includes Transcript and Counselor Recommendation)
標準考試成績：Standardized test results, including either
SAT：SAT and two SAT Subject Test scores (for Engineering applicants, Math 1 or 2 and Biology, Physics or Chemistry)
ACT：the ACT Assessment with Writing
期中考試報告：Mid-Year Report (due when first semester or trimester senior grades become available at your school)*
TOEFL/IELTS：TOEFL100 IELTS7.0(哥倫比亞大學不接受PTE成績)

錄音選取MP3格式;作曲成績可選取PDF格式;每次遞交費用大概是5美金;錄音不得超過20分鐘，無需包括個人簡歷說明等;
