Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace Engineering) (Honours)航天航空工程(榮譽學士學位)
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Infrastructure) (Honours)土木與城市工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施工程 (榮譽學士學位)
Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) (Honours).(電力與電子工程) (榮譽學士學位)

If the student has an offer to study one of the above mentioned program the student may then apply online (申請書)for the scholarship. The student must provide an Applicant ID and write a 200 word personal statement outlining: (兩百字描述以下)，描述包括以下：
why you believe that your Engineering degree will benefit you (為何選擇此課程 )
any extracurricular activities you undertake that may be relevant to your application(任何課外活動，如：竟試，自愿者等)
