在職人員申請美國簽證時，必須提供用使用公司信簽紙英文書寫的在職證明英文文檔，越詳細越好，否則很容易造成拒簽。
美國簽證公司在職證明要求：
(1)必須有單位名稱抬頭、公章、負責人簽名;
(2)須有供領館查詢的地址、電話。
(3)使用公司信簽紙英文書寫
在職證明的內(nèi)容須包括：
申請人(名字、護照號)在公司的職務、 入職公司的時間、此行的目的、 逗留天數(shù)和行程、說明誰承擔費用、保證遵守當?shù)胤砂磿r返回中國。
