Summer University DTU is an opportunity for students to take courses over the summer in one of the three teaching periods in June, July, and August, respectively. Each period lasts three weeks.
丹麥技術(shù)大學(xué)夏季學(xué)校為學(xué)生提供夏季課程學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，學(xué)生可以六月、七月、八月三個(gè)時(shí)段的任意時(shí)段上課。每個(gè)時(shí)段的課程都持續(xù)三周。
The Summer University is primarily intended for students who want to build up credits in advance to allow more time for other activities during the normal semesters, and for students who have dropped off the pace, or have failed exams and need to retake them. The initiative is also designed to allow students to take courses they would otherwise be unable to attend due to timetable clashes. It is also a special offer for guests from other universities or countries, people interested in continuing education, or those who simply do not want to take the entire summer off. The courses (except for retake courses) are taught in English.
夏季學(xué)校主要為想提前拿學(xué)分的學(xué)生開設(shè)，學(xué)生借此可以為正常學(xué)期的其他活動(dòng)騰出更多的時(shí)間。夏季學(xué)校也為落伍的學(xué)生、掛科需要重考的學(xué)生開設(shè)。另外，夏季課程也為在一般情況下因時(shí)間沖突而不能上課的學(xué)生開設(shè)。對(duì)于其他大學(xué)和其他國(guó)家的學(xué)生、有繼續(xù)教育興趣的人員以及單純不想讓暑期太閑的人，夏季學(xué)校也為他們特別開放。除了重修課，課程都是用英語(yǔ)教授。

Summer University DTU offers about 100 different courses. The courses can be found in the course database at www.courses.dtu.dk. Search on 'Summer University' for details on courses in June, July, and August. You can also search on the individual months.

There are many different kinds of courses to choose from. For example:
1.Research immersion which includes laboratory work with a PhD or a postdoc
2.Field courses, for instance sailing
3.Retake courses for students who have failed an exam
4.Danish Industry Foundation courses on innovation and entrepreneurship

Registration
The registration period runs from 1 to 15 May for courses in June, July, and August.
If the course is not fully booked after the ordinary registration deadline, supplementary registration is possible in the following periods:
29 May to 2 June for courses in June
28 May to 4 July for courses in July
28 May to 8 August for courses in August (including registration for retake courses)

注冊(cè)六月、七月、八月課程的時(shí)間為5月1日至15日。

DTU students register for courses from the course database (using their student ID number) via the registration module on CampusNet. The individual departments may, however, decide that registration takes place at the department. This will be stated in the course description. Registration for special courses during the summer period takes place via the relevant supervisor at the department.

Students from other Danish universities register as guest students.
People who are not already enrolled on a university programme register via DTU's Open University scheme.
