Supplementary Form: All applicants who are not currently attending an Ontario secondary school in a daytime program of study are required to submit a Supplementary Form - visit Applications and Related Forms for details. An application for admission will not be reviewed until the completed Supplementary Form is received by Undergraduate Admissions. Applicants must wait for an email acknowledgment of their application and have set up their Ryerson Online Identity to submit a Supplementary Form.
Alternate Program Choices: Applicants wishing to be considered for more than one program at Ryerson must include all program choices on the applicable application form. By doing this, students are automatically considered equally for each individual program
Note for applicants who have applied to Ryerson in a previous academic year: If the name on the application has changed in any way, proof of this name change (i.e. marriage certificate, notarized statement or other legal document) must be provided.
Step 2: Submit/Upload Required Documents
Once you have received an email acknowledgement of your application from Ryerson, you should begin the process of submitting your transcripts and supporting documents, as applicable.

Please be sure to add choose@ryerson.ca and noreply@ryerson.ca to your email contact list and check your spam folder to ensure you do not miss critical communications from us.
After you have received an email acknowledgement of your application, login to your Choose>Ryerson applicant portal to view letters/documents issued to you by Undergraduate Admissions and to track your application.
As an applicant you have access to "My Application Status and Documents" until September 8, 2017, after which time your Choose>Ryerson applicant portal account will be deactivated. You are advised to print and/or save copies of any letters you wish to keep for your own records prior to September 7, 2017.

Exception: Applicants to the Midwifery program must apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) unless applying for readmission or reinstatement to the program, in which case a Ryerson application must be submitted.

The Ryerson Application has a fee of $85 payable via the OUAC. This fee covers, and is limited to, two program choices on the application.
Note: If you are a student in a Ryerson Undergraduate program requesting a plan change within your program, please consult your program department for appropriate procedures.
Current or previous Chang School of Continuing Education and/or Yeates School of Graduate Studies students are eligible to use the Ryerson Application.
Ryerson Change Form
Use this form if you applied using a Ryerson Application. Please note that if you applied using an OUAC 101 or 105 application form, changes must be made directly to the external,OUAC using their amendment process.
After your Ryerson Application has been acknowledged, use this form to:

If you applied using an OUAC 105D, OUAC 105F or Ryerson Application Form, you are required to complete and submit a Supplementary Form for EACH program you applied to.

Use this form if you applied to a Ryerson program and you have NOT received an admission decision (approval, denial, wait list, cancellation).
You may provide confidential information on this form and attach related documentation (e.g. medical certificates, letters of support, etc.) that you wish to be taken into consideration during our review of your application for admission. The information and documentation provided will be considered confidential and will be included in your official application to Ryerson University. The information and documentation submitted will not be provided to any other department at Ryerson, including the Academic Accommodation Support office.
We endeavour to consider all requests for special consideration which are deemed reasonable. Ryerson is committed to reviewing each situation on a case by case basis, in keeping with the principles of fairness and equity for all applicants. Due to the competitive admission and selection process, and the limited space in our programs, only those applicants selected by our admission committees will receive Offer(s) of Admission.
Ryerson University does not issue alternate Offers of Admission to applicants who are not selected for admission.

This information must be received within 10-15 business days of the date of your admission decision.
