教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1、知識目標(biāo):
學(xué)生能聽、說、認(rèn)讀并規(guī)范書寫單詞sunny 、warm 、cold 、snowy及句子It’s cool. Is it cold?
2、技能目標(biāo):
能聽、說、認(rèn)讀Read and write部分的內(nèi)容。 3、情感目標(biāo):
讓學(xué)生培養(yǎng)時刻了解天氣的好習(xí)慣,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的欲望和興趣。

教學(xué)重點:1.單詞sunny 、warm 、cold 、snowy的讀寫。 2.句子:It’s cool. Is it cold?

Step 1 Warm-up
1、Free talk between the teacher and the student s.
2、Let’ chant
Rainy, rainy, It’s rainy in London.
I have to open up the umbrella.

I have to hold on my hat.
Sunny, sunny, It’s sunny in Singapore.
I have to put on my sunglasses.

(設(shè)計意圖:學(xué)生樂于接受,并且根據(jù)歌詞設(shè)計了配套的動作,通過這首歌來營造歡樂的課堂氣氛,調(diào)動學(xué)生的參與熱情,并起到復(fù)習(xí)知識的作用。)
Step 2 Pre-reading
1、掌握四個四會單詞的認(rèn)讀和書寫:sunny、cloudy、snowy、windy。
(1) PPT shows the word “sunny” and ask a student to read. Then the teacher reads:sunny↗, sunny↘. Ask the Ss to write it with their fingers.(可再請學(xué)生作為小老師示范領(lǐng)讀)What ’s the weather like in New York?It’s sunny.

(2) PPT shows the word “cloudy” and ask a student to read. Then the teacher reads: cloudy↗, cloudy↘.(按升降調(diào)開火車讀)Ask the Ss to write it with their fingers .What ’s the weather like in Sydney? It’s cloudy.
(3)PPT shows a picture. Teacher ask Ss look at the picture and say: What’s the weather like Harbin? Lead Ss say: It’s snowy .
(4)PPT shows a picture. Teacher ask Ss look at the picture and say: What’s the weather like in Shanghai? Lead Ss say: It’s windy .

2、Play a guessing game.
T: (教師呈現(xiàn)四張四會單詞的卡片)Look , what’s this?(lead students say the words : sunny , warm , cold and snowy. ) Every group will have a volunteer . Teacher presents a card to you and ask you to guess what it is. If you are right, I will give your group a sticker.
Teacher presents a card to him/her and asks him/her to guess what it is. S says: Is it cold?(yes) c-o-l-d ,cold. 如果猜對了,教師引導(dǎo)該學(xué)生示范拼讀邊用手指書空,其他學(xué)生重復(fù)。
(設(shè)計意圖:通過游戲,對課文的難點句型Is it ,,,,進行反復(fù)操練,使學(xué)生明白其疑問語氣及其回答方式,并能熟練運用。)
3 . Game: Let’s help.
PPT shows the four word. Ask the Ss to divide them into two groups. Let the Ss to know “and”.

4、 “Ah-choo, it’s snowy and cold, help, help. Who can help me?” Lead one student to
pick up a coat to you. Then say:“Thank you! Here’s your reward.”

Step 3 While-Reading
1、T: What’s the weather like today?

and find which picture it is talking about.(聽錄音后,請學(xué)生指出圖片)
T:Listen again. What’s the weather like there? S: It’s cool.
PPT shows the dialogue. Ss read it after the tape.
2、Read dialogue 2, and answer the questions:
1) which picture is it talking about ?
2) What’s the weather like in the picture?
3) Listen and repeat. Read the dialogue in pair of two.
3、Which picture is missing? Can you guess what will they say?

(一)熱身、復(fù)習(xí) (Warm-up/Revision)
教師播放第三單元的歌曲“My clothes”,讓學(xué)生一齊跟唱,復(fù)習(xí)服裝類名詞。
讓學(xué)生將學(xué)過的服裝類名詞歸類:Clothes for warm days / Clothes for cold days,為下面即將學(xué)習(xí)的對話進行鋪墊。
3、教師播放圖像資料,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)人物服裝來猜一猜天氣情況,復(fù)習(xí)單詞:warm、hot、cool、cold。
(二)呈現(xiàn)新知(Presentation)
1、Let’s talk 教師根據(jù)當(dāng)時情況說:It’s hot/warm. Can I wear my shirt(sweater, skirt, dress,,)?
并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答:Yes,you can.或 No, you can’t. 并進行板書。
學(xué)生分小組練習(xí):
A:Can I wear my,,?
B:Yes,you can. / No, you can’t.
出示單詞卡片:wear,讓學(xué)生朗讀,并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出意思。
教師說:Mike has a new shirt. He likes it very much. Can he wear it?
播放Let’s talk部分教學(xué)錄像,學(xué)生觀看。
教師提問:

1、 教師把單詞卡片:shirt、T-shirt、jacket、sweater、coat、skirt、dress、jeans、 short、pants擺在黑板上。
2、教師口令:Put on the,,,,! Take off the,,,,!
學(xué)生以小組競賽的形式聽指令做動作:聽到Put on the,,,,!的指令迅速拿起 相應(yīng)的卡片舉在胸前;聽到Take off the,,,,!的指令后立刻將卡片放回原位。動作快的為贏家。
