This scholarship is awarded in the first year of study only and would be deducted from tuition fees.
Students are not required to submit an application to be considered for this scholarship. For more information please see below.

Students must be classified as international students paying the international tuition fee rate in order to be considered for this scheme. Students paying NI/GB/EU fees are not eligible for international scholarships.
Students must hold an offer for a place on a full-time undergraduate programme at the Queen’s University Belfast campus, starting in the academic year 2017-18 and meet any academic and language conditions attached to their offer as stated in their offer letter.
Students studying on a part-time basis, on foundation degrees or distance learning programmes are not eligible for these scholarships.

Non-standard fee courses, including Medicine, Dentistry, Agricultural Technology and Theology
All Distance Learning programmes, foundation degree programmes and non-standard fee courses.

INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for an international scholarship, students must first apply for, and receive an admission for 2017 entry to a degree programme at Queen’s University Belfast and meet the eligibility criteria below:
Students must be self-funded.
Students must be classified as international fee paying students paying the international tuition fee rate in order to be considered for this scheme. Students paying NI/GB/EU fees are not eligible for international scholarships.
Students must hold an offer of a place on a full-time programme at the Queen’s University Belfast campus, starting in the academic year 2017-18 and meet any academic and language conditions attached to their offer as stated in their offer letter.
Students studying on a part-time basis, or on foundation degrees or distance learning programmes, or any other programme with non-standard fee rates (excluding full-time Queen’s Management School postgraduate taught programmes) are not eligible for these scholarships.
Where Queen’s University Belfast has agreed discounted tuition fees with partner institutions, those students benefiting from these arrangements will not be eligible for an international scholarship, with the exception of VC’s International Attainment Scholarship.
Students in receipt of full funding from external sponsorship bodies will not be eligible for an international scholarship, with the exception of VC’s International Attainment Scholarship.
Candidates must be able to finance the remainder of tuition fees and living expenses.
International scholarships cannot be used in conjunction with any other University scholarship. Students can however use their scholarship in conjunction with the Early-Bird reward discount.
With the exception of Vice Chancellor’s International Attainment Scholarships, scholarships are applicable exclusively in the first year of entry on a new programme.

(5)對(duì)于貝爾法斯特女王大學(xué)與伙伴機(jī)構(gòu)有學(xué)費(fèi)打折協(xié)議的情況，學(xué)生如果從協(xié)議中受益，則不能申請(qǐng)國際獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。副校長國際成就獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金除外。
(6)獲得外部贊助單位全額資金贊助的學(xué)生，不能申請(qǐng)國際獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。副校長國際成就獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金除外。
(7)候選人必須有能力支付獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金以外的學(xué)費(fèi)和生活費(fèi)。
(8)國際獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金不能與貝爾法斯特女王大學(xué)的任何其他獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金結(jié)合，但是可以和早鳥學(xué)費(fèi)打折獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金結(jié)合。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Scholarships will be deducted from the tuition fee payable to Queen’s upon enrolment in 2017-2018.
Students must register on their degree programme by the start date outlined in their offer.
Scholarships may not be deferred to the following academic year.
Students must request authorisation from the International Office before making any changes to their programme of study. Where changes are made without authorisation being granted, the scholarship may be withdrawn and students may be required to repay the scholarship in full.
Students who are offered and accept their scholarship must agree to participate in ambassadorial duties, such as assisting with campus tours, providing student testimonials, assisting at recruitment events etc. Information on specific duties will be provided by the International Office at a Scholarship Awardee event which will be held in the first semester of study.
The University reserves the right to vary all or any scholarship awards and regulations at its sole discretion.
In the event that a student has received scholarship offers for a number of different programmes at Queen’s University, they will only be able to redeem one scholarship award. This will be the scholarship award for the course onto which they enrol in the 2017-18 academic year.

(3)國際獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金不能推遲到下一學(xué)年發(fā)放;
(4)在更改課程之前，學(xué)生必須得到國際辦公室的批準(zhǔn)。對(duì)于沒有得到批準(zhǔn)就改課的情況，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金將取消，并且學(xué)生可能需要償還全部金額;
(5)被獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金接受并同意獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的學(xué)生，必須同意履行大使職責(zé)，比如提供校園輔導(dǎo)、寫學(xué)生感言、支持招生活動(dòng)等。特殊職責(zé)相關(guān)信息將由國際辦公室在獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金頒獎(jiǎng)儀式上提供，頒獎(jiǎng)儀式在第一學(xué)期舉行;
(6)貝爾法斯特女王大學(xué)有權(quán)更改所有或任何獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的金額和條例;
(7)如果學(xué)生符合貝爾法斯特女王大學(xué)多門課程的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格，則只能獲得一項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。所獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金適用的課程為學(xué)生在2017-18 學(xué)年注冊(cè)的課程。
VICE-CHANCELLOR’S ATTAINMENT SCHOLARSHIP
In the case of the Vice Chancellor’s International Attainment Scholarship, candidates must return a completed scholarship application form by 23.59 on 15 May for PG applications and 23.59 on 08 June for UG applications.
Candidates must have FIRMLY accepted their offer of a study place starting in September 2017.
Where applicable, candidates are annually required to achieve the grade / percentage indicated in their Award letter in order to benefit from the scholarship for the subsequent year of study.
副校長成就獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金
(1)對(duì)于副校長國際成就獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，如果是研究生，候選人必須在5月15日下午23.59 之前將填寫完整的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表返還;如果是本科生，必須正在6月8日下午23.59 之前返還。
(2)候選人必須已經(jīng)明確接受2017年9月課程學(xué)習(xí)的名額錄取。
(3)如果適用，候選人每年的成績或成績百分比要達(dá)到獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金通知書上的成績或百分比，才能在往后的學(xué)年里繼續(xù)獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
