一、日語-基礎研究生專業(yè)
申請早稻田大學日語-基礎研究生專業(yè)的學生，需要具備一定水平的日語語言能力，能夠閱讀和理解相關的日語申請指南，并且參加日語形式的入學考試。

Application Requirements
Applications can only be accepted from among the following:
1. Those who have graduated or are scheduled to graduate from a university by September 20, 2017.
2. Those who have received a Bachelor's Degree from the National Institution for Academic Degrees and University Evaluation or are scheduled to receive such a degree by September 20, 2017.
3. Those who have completed 16 years of standard school education overseas or are scheduled to complete such education by September 20, 2017.
4. Those covered by guidelines set out by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
5. Applicants who have completed or who are expected to complete 15 years of education in countries other than Japan by September 20, 2017 and are recognized by the Graduate School of Political Science as having completed all requirements and demonstrating excellent academic performance.
Notes:
●Graduates from three-year specialized college (zhuanke) programs in China are not eligible to apply. However, those who have graduated from a four-year (benke) program after graduating from a three-year program and completed 16 years of school education are eligible to apply.
●If you submitted a certificate to demonstrate that you are expected to meet the qualification to enter university in order to meet the applicant eligibility stated in the application guidelines at the time of application, you will be required to submit a certificate to certify that you have indeed met the requirement before enrollment. You will not be allowed to enter Waseda University even if you pass the entrance examination unless you submit such certificate.
二、英語-基礎研究生專業(yè)
1、政治科學研究生學院
英語-基礎碩士學位專業(yè)-申請條件
只接受來自以下學生的入學申請表：
- 在2017年9月20日之前，已經(jīng)或者將要大學畢業(yè)的學生;
- 在2017年9月20日之前，已經(jīng)或者將要獲得學術學位和大學評估的國家大學獲得學士學位;
- 已經(jīng)完成16年的海外標準學校教育，或者是在2017年9月20日之前將要完成這些教育的學生;
- 日本教育、文化、體育、科學和技術部門設定的指南條例下的學生;
- 在2017年9月20日之前，在日本以外的國家完成或者將要完成15年的教育的申請者，并且因為完成了所有條件以及證明了優(yōu)秀學術能力，而獲得政治科學研究生學院認可的學生。
請注意：
● 中國三年制專科學校畢業(yè)的學生不具備申請資格。但是，在完成了三年制專業(yè)學習，并且完成16年的學校教育之后，從四年制本科專業(yè)畢業(yè)的學生具備申請資格。
● 如果你在進行入學申請的時候，為了證明自己滿足申請指南里面說明的申請資格，遞交了說明你將滿足大學入學學歷資格的證明的話，那么你將需要在入學登記之前，遞交證書來證明自己的確達到了相關的入學條件。即使你通過了入學考試，也不能夠進入早稻田大學，除非遞交了這些證書。

Notes: Applicants not qualifying under the above may still be deemed by the Graduate School of Economics to have academic ability at least equal to a Bachelor’s degree holder. 2、經(jīng)濟學研究生學院
碩士專業(yè)2017年9月份一般入學(2016年12月28日更新)- 申請條件
滿足以下(1)和(2)條件的學生具備申請資格：

只接受以下學生的入學申請：
① 2017年9月份之前已經(jīng)或者將要大學畢業(yè)的學生;

AO Admission to International Master’s/Doctoral Program (Including Research Student Program)

Graduate School of Fundamental/Creative/Advanced Science and Engineering, Waseda University
Master’s Program and Master’s Research Student Program Applicants must meet one of the following criteria.
a) Those who have completed 16 years of standard school education outside Japan, or are expected to complete such education by one day before the date of enrollment (September 20 or March 31) (including those who have graduated from a university offering courses only in English in Japan, or are expected to graduate from such a university by one day before the date of enrollment) * “Those who have completed 16 years of standard school education outside Japan” means “those who have completed formal school education in the 16th year outside Japan”.
b) Those who have completed 15 years of school education outside Japan, or are expected to complete such education by one day before the date of enrollment (September 20 or March 31), and have been recognized by the Graduate School of Fundamental/Creative/Advanced Science and Engineering as having earned a specified number of credits with an excellent academic record
c) Those who have been recognized by the Graduate School of Fundamental/Creative/Advanced Science and Engineering as possessing academic capabilities equivalent or superior to those of university graduates through an individual screening process, and are 22 years old or older by one day before the date of enrollment (September 20 or March 31)
d) Those who meet all the following criteria
- Those who apply for the Master’s Program entering in September
- Those who are juniors (excluding those who have taken a leave of absence) at the International Program, School of Fundamental/Creative/Advanced Science and Engineering, Waseda University at the time of application
- Those who have earned half of the credits or more required for the graduation in the undergraduate program at the end of the sophomore year and two-thirds of the credits or more have obtained the grades of the “A+” or “A” (80 points or more per 100 points), and are expected to earn three-fourths of the credits or more required for the graduation in the undergraduate program at the end of the junior year
- Those who have been permitted by their prospective department and supervisor
* Note that those who meet the criterion d) above and got accepted to the Master’s Program will not obtain a bachelor’s degree.
* Note that those who meet the criterion d) above and fail to earn aforementioned credits or obtain aforementioned grades at the end of junior year, the acceptance will be automatically canceled.
* For those who have completed primary, secondary, and higher education in the countries where formal education from primary to higher education is completed in less than 16 years, or meet the criterion b) or c) above, your educational background will need to be examined before application. Contact the Graduate Admissions Office, Center for Science and Engineering to determine your eligibility by one month before the first day of the submission period for application documents.
*Those who have completed a three-year program (zhuanke) in the People's Republic of China, or are expected to complete such a program by one day before the date of enrollment (September 20 or March 31) cannot apply. However, those who have transferred to and completed a four-year program (benke) in the People's Republic of China after completing a three-year program (zhuanke), or are expected to transfer to and complete such a program by one day before the date of enrollment can apply.
3、科學和工程學院
英語-基礎專業(yè)-國際碩士/博士專業(yè)AO入學(包括研究學生專業(yè))- 2017年9月份和2018年4月份入學 - 早稻田大學基礎/創(chuàng)意/高等科學和工程學研究生學院
碩士專業(yè)和碩士研究學生專業(yè)申請必須滿足以下條件：
a) 在日本之外已經(jīng)完成了16年的標準學校教育，或者是在入學時間(9月20日或者3月31日)之前的一天將要完成這些教育課程的學生(包括從日本提供純英語授課課程的大學畢業(yè)的學生，或者是在入學時間之前的一天將要從這樣的大學畢業(yè)的學生);
*“在日本之外已經(jīng)完成了16年的標準學校教育”意味著“在日本之外的國家已經(jīng)完成了第16年的正式學校教育”。
b) 在日本之外完成了15年的學校教育，或者是在入學時間(9月20日或者3月31日)之前的一天將要完成這些教育課程的學生，并且因為獲得了特定數(shù)量的學分以及優(yōu)秀的學術成績，而獲得基礎/創(chuàng)意/高等科學和工程學研究生學院認可的學生;
c) 在單獨的入學條件審核評估過程中，因為參加的學術學歷學習等同于或者高于大學畢業(yè)生，因而獲得早稻田大學基礎/創(chuàng)意/高等科學和工程學研究生學院認可的申請者，并且在入學時間(9月20日或者3月31日)之前的一天將年滿22歲;
d) 滿足以下所有條件的學生：
- 申請9月份入學的碩士專業(yè)的學生;
- 在進行申請的時候，是基礎/創(chuàng)意/高等科學和工程學院國際專業(yè)三年級學生(不包括請假學生);
- 在本科專業(yè)大二學年結束的時候，已經(jīng)獲得畢業(yè)所需的一半學分或者是更多學生，并且三分之二的學分或者更多學分獲得了“A+”或者“A” 的成績(百分制中達到80分或者更高)，并且在本科專業(yè)大三學年結束之前，預計將獲得畢業(yè)所需學分的四分之三或者更多學分。
- 已經(jīng)獲得意向院系或者指導老師的許可。
* 滿足上述條件d)，并且獲得碩士學位專業(yè)錄取的學生將不會獲得學士學位。
* 滿足上述條件d)，并且在第三年沒有獲得上述提及的學分或者成績的學生，錄取資格將會自動取消。
* 在一個正式教育從初等到高等教育的完成時間少于16年的國家，完成了初等、中等和高等教育的學生，或者是滿足上述b)或者c)標準的學生，需要在申請之前，進行教育背景的審核檢查。請在申請文件遞交時間的的第一天之前的一個月，聯(lián)系研究生招生辦公室、科學和工程中心來確定你的入學申請資格。

Graduate School of Social Sciences
Master’s Course
The applicant must fulfill one of the following requirements.
1. The applicant has graduated or is scheduled to graduate from a university by September 20, 2017.
2. The applicant has completed 16 years of standard school education overseas, or is scheduled to complete such education by September 20, 2017.
3. The applicant has been enrolled at a university for more than three years (or has completed 15 years of school education overseas, or is scheduled to complete such education by September 20, 2017) and has been recognized by Waseda University Graduate School of Social Sciences as having earned a specified number of credits with an excellent academic record.
4. The applicant has been recognized by Waseda University Graduate School of Social Sciences as possessing academic credentials superior to those of university graduates through an individual admission requirements screening process and is scheduled to reach 22 years of age by September 20, 2017.
Notes:
1. Prospective applicants, who are unsure if they can fulfill the requirements above, are asked to confirm their eligibility to the Graduate School of Social Sciences [Tel: +81-3-5286-3804, E-mail: admissions-socs@list.waseda.jp] by no later than October 4, 2016 for the first application period and January 24, 2017 for the second application period.
2. Regardless of having completed16 years of school education overseas, if the education curriculum undertaken by the applicant is not regarded as equivalent to an undergraduate level course in a Japanese university, the application cannot be accepted.

- 在單獨的入學條件審核評估過程中，因為參加的學術學歷學習高于大學畢業(yè)生，因而獲得早稻田大學社會科學研究生學院認可的申請者，在2017年9月20日之前將年滿22歲。

Graduate School of International Culture and Communication Studies
1. Those who have graduated or are scheduled to graduate from a university by the entrance period when applicants wish to matriculate.
2. Those who have received a Bachelor's Degree from the National Institution for Academic Degrees and University Evaluation or are scheduled to receive such degree by the entrance period when applicants wish to matriculate.
3. Those who have completed 16 years of standard school education outside Japan or are scheduled to complete such education by the entrance period when applicants wish to matriculate.
4. Those designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology by the entrance period when applicants wish to matriculate.
5. Those who have been enrolled at a university for more than three years (or have completed 15 years of school education overseas or are scheduled to complete such education by the entrance period when applicants wish to matriculate.) and have been recognized by the Graduate School Program as having earned a specified number of credits with an excellent academic record.
6. Those who have been recognized by the Graduate School Program as possessing academic credentials superior to those of university graduates through an individual entrance requirements screening process and are scheduled to reach 22 years of age by the entrance period that applicants wish to matriculate.
*Prospective applicants who are unsure if they can fulfill the requirements mentioned in items No.5 and No.6 above, must confirm their eligibility with the GSICCS AO office a month prior to the application.
*Regardless of having completed 16 years of school education overseas, if the education curriculum undertaken by the applicant is not regarded as equivalent to an undergraduate level course in a Japanese university, the application cannot be accepted.
5、國際文化和傳播研究研究學院
- 已經(jīng)大學畢業(yè)，或者是在申請者計劃入學時間以前將要大學畢業(yè)的學生;
- 從學術學位和大學評估國家院校獲得學士學位，或者是在申請者計劃入學時間之前將要獲得學士學位的學生;
- 在日本之外完成了16年的標準學校教育的學生，或者是在申請者計劃入學時間以前達到該教育標準的學生;
- 是在申請者計劃入學時間之前，日本教育、文化、體育、科學和技術部門指定的學生;
- 申請者在某一所大學登記時間已經(jīng)超過3年(或者是已經(jīng)完成了15年的海外學校教育，或者是在計劃入學時間之前將要完成這些教育)，并且因為獲得了特定數(shù)量的學分和優(yōu)秀的學術成績，已經(jīng)獲得早稻田大學國際文化和傳播研究研究學院認可的學生;
- 在單獨的入學條件審核評估過程中，因為參加的學術學歷學習高于大學畢業(yè)生，因而獲得早稻田大學國際文化和傳播研究研究學院認可的申請者，在2017年9月20日之前將年滿22歲。
*不確定自己是否滿足上述提及的后兩點入學要求的預備申請者，必須在申請之前的一個月，向GSICCS AO辦公室確認入學申請資格。

IMPORTANT NOTICE
To Prospective Applicants of Waseda University’s Entrance Examinations Who Are Graduates of Educational Institutions (High schools, Universities etc.) in the People’s Republic of China
Our undergraduate and graduate admissions require submission of academic certificates (certificate of graduation, degree certificate, academic transcript etc.). These documents are considered acceptable only if they are issued in Japanese or English. For those issued in Chinese, the applicant is asked to attach Japanese or English translations notarized by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Japan or another appropriate office.
Until recently, one could obtain notarized translations of academic certificates in Japan at the Embassy and Consulates General of the People’s Republic of China. However, we have been recently notified by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China (via the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) that they no longer provide such service (effective from August 1, 2012).
From now on, notarization and verification of certificates issued by Chinese educational institutions will be carried out by the Certification Office of the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (中國教育部學歷認證中心) in Beijing and notary public offices in China designated by the municipal bureaus of justice. The Certification Office of the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (中國教育部學歷認證中心) accepts requests for notarization and verification from overseas by post.
As a result of the recent change, obtaining notarized translations is expected to require a very significant amount of time. Please allow yourself sufficient time to prepare your application documents and obtain notarized translations.

三、重要通知
中國高等教育院校(高中、大學等等)畢業(yè)生參加早稻田大學的入學考試需要特別注意：
- 報考本校本科院系及研究生院時，需要提交畢業(yè)證明、學位證明、成績證明等各類材料。本校要求這些材料的文本語言為日文或英文，以中文出具的證明需要附以駐日本使領館等出具的翻譯公證。
- 此類公證曾經(jīng)可以在中華人民共和國駐日本國大使館及總領事館辦理，但日前中華人民共和國駐日本國大使館通過文部科學省發(fā)出通知，自2012 年8 月1 日起，駐日使領館不再辦理上述公證認證業(yè)務。
- 今后中國國內頒發(fā)的畢業(yè)證書翻譯件與原件一致的公證認證申請，請到中國教育部學歷認證中心(北京市)或各地公證處(各地司法局認定的機關)申請認證。教育部學歷認證中心也接受從海外郵寄的公證申請。
