A Master's Course
Applicants who have graduated or expect to graduate from a university in March 2014 (refers to university as stipulated in Article 83 of the School Education Act (1947 Law No. 26. The same applies hereafter)
Applicants who hold or expect to hold Bachelors Degree as stipulated by the School Education Act, Article 104, Clause 4 by March 2014
Applicants who have completed or expect to complete a 16-year course of study overseas by March 2014
Applicants who have completed or expect to complete a 16-year course of study given by an overseas school through correspondence study in Japan by March 2014
Applicants who hold overseas university education certification (the applicant must have completed the 16-year course of study in said overseas country) and have completed or expect to complete the designated course specified by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in the said course of study by March 2014
Applicants who have completed the specialized course designated by Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in a special training school (course must be 4 years or longer and fulfill the criteria set forth by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) after the date designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports Science and Technology
Applicants designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (1953 The Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture, Notification No. 5)
Applicants entering graduate school under the School Education Act, Article 102, Clause 2 and recognized as possessing adequate academic ability to receive education in the University's graduate school program
Applicants fulfilling one of the points below by March 2014 and recognized as acquiring the units required by the graduate school with outstanding grades
Studied in university for 3 years or longer
Completed 15-year course of study in a school education system overseas
Completed 15-year course of study in a school education system overseas through correspondence course in Japan
Completed a course of study in overseas university education institutes in Japan (the applicant must have completed the 15-year course of study in said overseas school) and be designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
Applicants who have graduated or completed junior college, technical school or other educational institutions related to nursing, and who are recognized by Chiba University Graduate School as having scholastics ability equivalent to a university graduate or higher with the scholastic achievement test and who will have reached twenty-two years of age by March 2014
A碩士課程：
- 已經(jīng)大學(xué)畢業(yè)，或者在2014年3月份之前將會(huì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)(指學(xué)校教育法第83條指定大學(xué)(1947法案第26號(hào)，這同樣適用于后文));

- 獲得海外大學(xué)教育證書(申請(qǐng)者必須是在指定海外國(guó)家完成了16年的課程學(xué)習(xí))，并且在2014年3月份之前，已經(jīng)完成或者將要完成日本教育、文化、體育、科學(xué)和技術(shù)部門特別指定的課程;
- 在日本教育、文化、體育、科學(xué)以及技術(shù)部門規(guī)定日期之后，在專門訓(xùn)練學(xué)校(課程學(xué)期時(shí)間必須是4年或者更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，并且必須滿足日本教育、文化、體育、科學(xué)以及技術(shù)部門單獨(dú)設(shè)立的標(biāo)準(zhǔn))完成日本教育、文化、體育、科學(xué)以及技術(shù)部門指定特殊課程學(xué)習(xí);
- 日本教育、文化、體育、科學(xué)以及技術(shù)部門指定的申請(qǐng)者;
- 在學(xué)校教育法第102章第二條下進(jìn)入研究生學(xué)院的申請(qǐng)者，并且經(jīng)過評(píng)估，被認(rèn)為是具備接受大學(xué)的研究生學(xué)院專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的足夠的學(xué)術(shù)能力;
- 在2014年3月份之前，滿足以下其中一條，并且公認(rèn)為獲得了研究生學(xué)院所需學(xué)習(xí)單元，且成績(jī)優(yōu)秀：
在大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)3年或者更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間;
在海外學(xué)校教育系統(tǒng)下完成15年的課程學(xué)習(xí);
通過在日本的相應(yīng)課程學(xué)習(xí)，完成了海外學(xué)校教育系統(tǒng)下完成15年的課程學(xué)習(xí);
在位于日本的海外大學(xué)教育機(jī)構(gòu)完成了課程學(xué)習(xí)(申請(qǐng)者必須在所述海外學(xué)校完成15年的課程學(xué)習(xí))，并且屬于日本教育、文化、體育、科學(xué)以及技術(shù)部門指定的申請(qǐng)者。
已經(jīng)?？?、技術(shù)院校、或者有關(guān)護(hù)理學(xué)的其他教育學(xué)校畢業(yè)或者完成學(xué)習(xí)的申請(qǐng)者，以及通過學(xué)業(yè)成就測(cè)驗(yàn)，獲得千葉大學(xué)研究生學(xué)院認(rèn)可，具備同等或者更高大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的學(xué)術(shù)能力的學(xué)生，以及在2014年3月份之前達(dá)到22歲的學(xué)生。

Applicants who completed the course of study for overseas-managed university education institutes in Japan (the applicant must have completed the 15-year course of study in said overseas country) and designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology by March 2014 and recognized as having acquired the units required by the graduate school with outstanding grades
Applicants recognized by Chiba University Graduate School as having scholastic ability equivalent to a university graduate or higher with the individual scholastic achievement test and who will have reached twenty-two years of age by March 2014.
B碩士專業(yè)：

- 在2014年3月份之前，在位于日本的海外管理的大學(xué)教育學(xué)校完成課程學(xué)習(xí)(申請(qǐng)者必須在所述海外國(guó)家中完成15年課程學(xué)習(xí))，并且是日本教育、文化、體育、科學(xué)以及技術(shù)部門指定申請(qǐng)者，憑借優(yōu)秀的成績(jī)被認(rèn)為是獲得了研究生學(xué)院要求的學(xué)習(xí)單元的學(xué)生;
- 通過學(xué)業(yè)成就測(cè)驗(yàn)，獲得千葉大學(xué)研究生學(xué)院認(rèn)可，具備同等或者更高大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的學(xué)術(shù)能力的學(xué)生，以及在2014年3月份之前達(dá)到22歲的學(xué)生。
