Tuition
Tuition is charged to your bank account on May 28 for the first semester and October 28 for the second semester. Default in payment may result in being excluded from the university. If you are a Japanese Government Scholarship student or an exchange student accepted under an academic exchange agreement between OPU and your home university, you are exempt from the tuition.

Application for Tuition Exemption for First Semester of Academic Year 2017-2018
OPU will be accepting applications for tuition exemption for the First semester of Academic Year 2017-2018 as follows. Students seeking tuition exemption are required to submit an application by the appointed time.

大阪府立大學(xué)2017-2018學(xué)年第一學(xué)期免學(xué)費(fèi)申請如下。申請免學(xué)費(fèi)的學(xué)生需要在規(guī)定時(shí)間之前提交申請。
[Eligibility]
Privately-financed international students who are diligently pursuing their studies within the standard course term and to whom any of the following conditions apply may be eligible for exemption of tuition fees.
(1) Students who are in financial difficulty to a degree equivalent to those receiving public assistance under the Public Assistance Act;
(2) Students who find it difficult to pay tuition fees due to long-term sickness, slumping business, unemployment, or other economic reason; or In principle, international students who have remained in the same grade for more than one year are not eligible for tuition exemption. In addition, research students cannot apply for tuition exemption.
申請資格
目前在大阪府立大學(xué)勤奮學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)課程并且滿足以下任意條件的私費(fèi)國際生可以申請免學(xué)費(fèi)：
(1)經(jīng)濟(jì)困難程度需要等同于在公共支援法案下享受公共援助的學(xué)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)困難程度;
(2)由于長期生病、業(yè)務(wù)下滑、失業(yè)或其他經(jīng)濟(jì)原因而有支付學(xué)費(fèi)困難的學(xué)生。原則上，在同一年級學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間超過一年的國際學(xué)生不能申請免學(xué)費(fèi)。研究型學(xué)生也不能申請免學(xué)費(fèi)。

Screening results will be informed in late July. Applicants for tuition exemption are granted a grace period for their tuition fee payment until they receive the result of their applications.
