立教大學2017年學費和其他款項
Tuition Reduction Program for privately financed international studentsRikkyo University reduces the tuition of privately financed international students who have “College Student” resident status after enrollment and who face financial difficulty in pursuing university education, irrespective of the entrance examination system. Students who want to have their tuition reduced must submit an application every year. The International Office verifies whether each applicant is eligible by confirming their “College Student” resident status, and examines the necessity of tuition reduction by reviewing the applicant’s financial situation.
The reduced rate for 2017 is 30% of the tuition (rounded down to the nearest 100 yen). The program details and reduced rate are subject to change from year to year. Students who have exceeded the standard term of study, or those who are on leave from their studies, will not be eligible for tuition reduction. 國際私費生學費減免項目
立教大學不計入學考試制度，為持有大學生簽證和在追求大學教育中面臨經濟困難的國際私費生減免學費。享受學費減免的學生必須每年提交申請。國際辦公室通過核實申請人的大學生居留身份，以確認申請人是否符合資格，并通過審核申請人的經濟處境，考量是否有必要減免學費。
2017年的減免比例占學費的30%(下舍入大約100日元)。項目詳情和減免比例每年都可能有變化。學習時間超過標準學年的學生和休假學生，不能享受學費減免。詳情請聯(lián)系國際辦公室。
Adoption of a sliding scaleTuition and education enhancement fee are subject to change from year to year, based on a sliding scale. We consider the inflation rate, improvement of education and research conditions, etc., when revising the slide rate. We adopt the Consumer Price Index (CPI) released by the Ministry of Internal Affairs as the inflation rate, and regard the inflation rate as 0% if the CPI is less than 0%. The sliding scale has been temporarily suspended.
Experiment and practical training fees are revised annually based on actual expenses.
采用浮動計算
學費和教育增強費浮動計算，每年可能有變化。在修改浮動比例的時候，學校考慮通貨膨脹率、教育改進和研究條件等因素。學校采用內政部公布的消費者物價指數(shù)，作為通貨膨脹率，并且，如果消費者物價指數(shù)低于0%，通貨膨脹率就為0%。浮動計算已經被暫停。

1.The admission fee is only collected upon enrollment. The admission fee for students who previously graduated, withdrew, or who are expected to graduate from Rikkyo University (including its graduate school) is 100,000 yen.
2.Tuition includes a semester enrollment fee (60,000 yen per semester, 120,000 yen in total).
3.The Department of Global Business of the College of Business offers Overseas EAP, a short-term overseas study course that generally must be taken by all students in their first year. The cost is 550,000–600,000 yen and is paid for separately from the student’s academic fees and other payments. (The total cost is subject to change due to fluctuations in airfares and exchange rates). Also, there is a scholarship established in 2016 for those who participate in study abroad programs (Rikkyo Global Scholarship). Students who enroll in the Overseas Study Program may receive up to 200,000 yen after screening.
4.The Department of Intercultural Communication of the College of Intercultural Communication offers a class called Overseas Study Program, which is completed by all students in principle in the fall semester of their sophomore year. The cost ranges from 700,000 to 1,500,000 yen (actual amount in 2016) and is paid in addition to the student’s academic fees and other payments. (The cost includes the basic program fee, accommodation fee and other fees but the airfare, and is subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange, and increases in fees by the host university.) Students can choose a host university from the universities we offer in six language areas: English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean, and the cost of study varies by university. The part of the total cost (350,000 yen) is to be paid in advance in May of their first year. Students who participate in the Overseas Study Program will have their tuition and education enhancement fee for the sophomore year reduced by 239,000 yen in total (estimated for 2017). Also, there is a scholarship established in 2016 for those who participate in study abroad programs (Rikkyo Global Scholarship). Students who enroll in the Overseas Study Program may receive up to 300,000 yen after screening.
