Take a number of diverse cultures, add a strong dose of the arts and a splash of ocean water, and you have Miami. Looking at the fantastic art museums and the blossoming gastronomical scene, you might find it hard to believe that just a century ago, this colorful Floridian city was covered in swampland. Once developers rushed into the area, one of the most popular tourist destinations and spectacular city skylines in the country was born. Today, with South Beach before you and the Everglades behind you, you can walk through the bustling streets past historical homes with Spanish words and Caribbean music floating into your ears. This mini melting pot has preserved multicultural neighborhoods like famous Little Havana as enclaves for unique traditions to thrive. United, they form an electric network — Miami. Its reputation for vibrant nightlife and extravagant parties is realized in Miami Beach , a barrier island to the east of the mainland. Meanwhile, the down-to-earth city proper cultivates an artsy vibe.

Travelers go to Miami mainly for Miami Beach and they go to Miami Beach mainly for South Beach, the region's unrivaled crown jewel. The art deco history of the city meets the bright lights and vibrant nightlife of the younger generation. There's something for everyone here — and a lot of it. White sand, an eclectic dining scene, prime shopping, luxurious spas and world-class nightlife are all staples in Miami Beach. Just make sure to bring plenty of loot — Miami Beach can be done on a budget, but you'll severely limit your options and it won't be nearly as fun. There are several ways to get to Miami Beach from downtown Miami, including the Metrobus and taxi. Many travelers prefer to simplify things by basing their vacation in one of the many hotels here. South Beach has the costliest accommodations — thriftier travelers can find a deal if they stay farther north, between 24th and 192nd Streets.
Located to the immediate west of downtown Miami, Little Havana is the symbolic and cultural capital for Cuban-Americans in Miami. The neighborhood brings in droves of visitors with its vibrant atmosphere and excellent food.Calle Ocho (8th Street) is the center of activity here. Maximo Gomez Park, also known as Domino Park, is located at the corner of Calle Ocho and 15th Avenue and is a pleasant place to hang out and take in a game of dominoes or chess. Travelers recommend El Pub for its authentic Cuban food and cheap prices. Every March, the Calle Ocho Festival takes over Miami for a week, drawing thousands of attendees for a massive street festival celebrating Carnaval with tons of music, food and dancing.Travelers also enjoy visiting the cigar factories and the Cuban Memorial Boulevard on the corner of 13th Avenue and Calle Ocho. However, some visitors just don't get the area's appeal. One TripAdvisor user says, "It is a very cool destination, but not one I would go out of my way for except for the food or the cigars."

This beautiful zoo is home to more than 2,000 animals, representing more than 500 different species.     4.
This open-air street art installation, one of the largest in the world, is one of the reasons a run-down neighborhood has found new life as the art hub of Miami.Founded in 2009 as a way to jump start revitalization in the neighborhood lying between downtown and the design district, the Wynwood Walls acts as an outdoor art museum covering more than 80,000 square feet of abandoned warehouse walls. The walls garnered such a positive response from the community that a year later the lot adjacent became known as the Wynwood Doors, where metal roll-down gates transformed into even more canvas space. The walls and doors are saturated with bright, eclectic street art and whimsical graffiti. Since its start, more than 50 artists from 16 countries have brought the walls to life.
Visitors to the neighborhood appreciate the diversity in the artwork. "Museums are for the artsy palates, but the walls can be appreciated at almost all levels of knowledge and pleasure for arts," said one TripAdvisor reviewer.Located at 2520 NW Second Avenue between 25th and 26th streets, Wynwood Walls is free for the public to explore. Outside the gated walls, the area is home to more than 70 art galleries, shops, restaurants and bars. The community is still undergoing some gentrification, but the heart of the arts district is found on NW Second Avenue between 23rd and 29th streets.
About 30 miles west of downtown Miami and a world away from flashy South Beach, the Everglades National Park is the largest subtropical wetland in North America. Known as the "River of Grass" for its slow moving water, the national park offers a unique look into the diverse ecosystem and vegetation that filters water as it moves farther south toward the Florida Bay and Key West. While most of the 1.5 million-acre park is protected for wildlife preservation, the northern area closest to Miami is open for private airboat tours. The highly rated Everglades Safari Park within the park offers eco-adventure tours that include airboat rides, interactive alligator shows, trails and exhibits about preservation. Other companies also operate similar tours where travelers can get up close and personal with much of the wildlife found within the park. Previous visitors say the tours are an educational experience for the whole family, but do caution that the air boat rides may be too loud for sensitive ears. You can also head to the Shark Valley Visitors Center for two-hour guided tram tours.
A parking fee of $10 allows access for seven consecutive days at all entrances of the park. For the best chance of seeing the wide variety of wildlife, from alligators and crocodiles to 360 different species of birds and the endangered Florida panther, take a tour during the dry season from December to March (there are also fewer mosquitoes during these months).

Don't try to keep up Miami residents are probably a year ahead of you in all the trends. So, keep your credit cards safely in their holsters and shop at the mall when you get home.Blood-thirsty competition Temperatures climb and hotel rates fall in the hot, damp summer. And although the beaches will be less crowded, you'll have to compete with mosquitoes for the sandy terrain.Seek shelter inland The accommodations farther from the beaches will offer lower rates. Coconut Grove is an excellent inland option for finding cover.

As a favorite getaway spot for celebrities and the well-to-do, Miami's atmosphere is slightly more hoity-toity than some of the smaller coastal cities, such as Destin or Fort Lauderdale. Visitors should be prepared to look their best, especially when dining out or partaking in the nightlife in nearby Miami Beach. But there's another side of this town that is heavily influenced by Latin culture. A large portion of the city's population is made up of people from Cuba, Puerto Rico and Haiti.
Largely an international city, cuisine from all over the world can be found in Miami. Quickly becoming a haven for foodies, main stays like Cuban and Pervuian cuisine mingle with classic American comfort food and Japanese sushi. With its waterfront location, fresh seafood isn't hard to come by either. Many restaurants have a history in the community, dating back decades, such as the authentic Cuban food found at Versailles Restaurant and the fresh, sustainable seafood at Garcias Seafood Grille and Fish Market. Or venture to Little Haiti for a taste of the Caribbean at Chef Creole's.
    3.安全
Miami is a big city, so it's best to keep safety in mind at all times, even when you're in your hotel. Always carry a map and stay away from unfamiliar areas at night. Experts advise keeping an eye on your personal items at all times, especially if you're out on the town. Do not carry wallets in back pockets and keep a firm grasp on any purses or bags you may have with you. Like in most major cities, Miami does feature a few transients who generally panhandle in the more touristy parts of town. Some experts recommend avoiding the downtown area at night. While it's a bustling part of town during the day, it empties out after hours and can get somewhat seedy.Miami weather can also be cause for concern. Keep an eye on the forecast for hurricane or tropical storm warnings. If you do happen to experience a hurricane, stay indoors and listen to the radio or television for up-to-date emergency information. After the storm has passed, avoid downed power lines and flooded streets. Experts also advise caution when walking around, since debris such as broken glass can be hard to spot.
The best way to get around Miami is by car. Having your own wheels will give you the freedom to roam the streets and neighborhoods as you please. Note that the roads are on a grid and broken up into quadrants by the east-to-west Flagler Street and north-to-south Miami Avenue. Street numbers increase as you travel farther away. Also, convenient parking is the norm here. Taxis are another option; however, your wallet won't thank you for hailing them so often. The mammoth Miami International Airport (MIA) hosts a fleet of rental car agencies. There's also the metro and bus system, although previous travelers have labeled it "inconvenient" and "unreliable."When flying into south Florida (which includes West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Greater Miami), you have several options. MIA Airport is the largest and right next to downtown, but some tourists prefer flying into the less-hectic Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL), renting a car and then driving the 25 miles to the city. There are also several regional airports scattered throughout south Florida.
