business在考研翻譯中(2000-2014年)共出現(xiàn)過(guò)三次，即：

2005年(48)題中，business和television連用，比較容易推測(cè)business的意義，再加上后面的an easy world和整個(gè)句子講的是歐洲電視業(yè)的發(fā)展，所以，business考查的是“行業(yè)”的意思。在接下來(lái)的2006年49題中，in business是個(gè)固定搭配，意為“在商業(yè)中”，在這個(gè)句子中，in business作為定語(yǔ)修飾conduct，意為“商業(yè)行為”。2009年49題中的business，business不是“行業(yè)”也不是“商業(yè)”的意思，考查的意義較難推測(cè)，“要事”，指important matters that you have to deal with。如果學(xué)生能夠記住“Business before pleasure”(工作在先，享樂(lè)在后)這句諺語(yǔ)的話(huà)，這個(gè)釋義就容易理解和記憶了。
