每一個申請留學美國的學生，都希望能寫好個人簡歷，那么有哪些書寫技巧及注意事項呢？下面和出國留學網(wǎng)小編一起來了解下。
首先來看看個人簡歷的書寫內(nèi)容。
一、個人基本信息
即Personal Information。包括姓名，出生日期，性別，地址，聯(lián)系電話和電子郵箱等。
1）西方人經(jīng)?；煜张c名，導致錄取后發(fā)的I20表格上姓名顛倒。然后還得聯(lián)系學校修改后再郵遞過來，很麻煩。所以建議在簡歷或者填各種申請表格中采用姓的漢語拼音都大寫，名的漢語拼音僅首字母大寫，姓與名的先后次序倒不重要。當然，還可以把自己的姓名及性別作為簡歷的標題如ZHANG。
2）在美國，出生日期的格式是月日年。如1987年5月28日出生，那么應填05/28/1987.
3）地址一定填準確，否則可能延誤收到錄取包裹。如果家庭住址不方便收包裹，可以在簡歷里分開寫上mailingaddress（郵寄地址）和permanentaddress（家庭地址），這樣學校一般會把包裹寄至mailingaddress。如果你住的是小巷小街，濱才留學專家建議不要翻譯地址，直接使用拼音。
4）聯(lián)系電話的話應該在電話錢加區(qū)號和國家好，用短橫線隔開，城市區(qū)號前不加“0”，如北京座機格式是0086-10-63103650，而不是0086-010-63103650。
5）電子郵箱非常重要，一定留一個有效的，因為申請過程中郵件會成為你和學校間的主要溝通。
6）所獲榮譽，即Honors。學術(shù)的和社會活動方面的榮譽都要寫上去。包括獲獎名稱、獲獎時間、發(fā)獎單位、獎勵原因，可以簡要說明獲獎比例。如果中學時有與申請專業(yè)相關(guān)性強的突出獎項，應該也寫進去?；蛘咚@獎項總數(shù)量不多時，中學時有的特殊的獎項也可以添上去。
二、個人發(fā)表著作
即publisions。包括題目，作者，時間，雜志（包括頁碼）（中英文，以原發(fā)表為準）。
三、個人技能
即skills。按照與申請專業(yè)相關(guān)程度決定先后，聯(lián)系越緊或越重要的技能一般放最前面。
四、其他
即others。包括標準化考試成績，計算機水平，主要的實驗技能，興趣愛好等。如果留學語言分數(shù)不錯的話，應重點強調(diào)，分列各單項成績。興趣愛好中如果有極限運動，登山賽車等體現(xiàn)冒險和創(chuàng)新精神的，可以重點介紹。
接著來看看書寫注意事項。
1簡歷中使用的符號要統(tǒng)一，同一層次上使用的符號應該相同，以保持美觀。
2在寫每一項內(nèi)容時，應注意時間順序為倒敘，即把與現(xiàn)在接近的事情寫在前面，遙遠的事情寫在后面。
3對于申請不同專業(yè)的同學來說，簡歷所要呈現(xiàn)給招生官的重點也是不同的。應根據(jù)所申請專業(yè)的不同要求，有針對性的突出個人經(jīng)歷和個人能力。總之，一份成功簡歷的秘訣在于：既不要言過其實，又必須充分反映自己的實際水平。
4電腦的拼寫錯誤檢查有時并不可靠，可能會忽略掉一些錯誤，請仔細校對！在提交簡歷之前，最好請別人來幫你校對一遍。
