套磁對(duì)象
學(xué)校里的教授一般分為：教授、副教授、助理教授等。
通常優(yōu)先考慮套教授，因?yàn)樗麄円话阋呀?jīng)形成了固定的招生習(xí)慣，而且實(shí)驗(yàn)室的研究項(xiàng)目一般具有前瞻性，但是套磁難度也相對(duì)較高。
其次是副教授，副教授因?yàn)橄胍獣x升為教授，所以他們一般也會(huì)有一些相對(duì)比較前沿的研究項(xiàng)目，而且需要學(xué)生來(lái)幫助其完成這些項(xiàng)目，所以招生的可能性比較大，相比較教授而言套磁的難度相對(duì)較小。
最后是助理教授，一般都有啟動(dòng)資金，需要人干活，而且還沒(méi)有形成固定的招生習(xí)慣，所以套助理教授成功的可能性比較大。
一般優(yōu)先考慮教授，其次是副教授最后是助理教授。當(dāng)然我們也不能盲目跟風(fēng)，只沖著教授去，而忽略教授的研究方向是否與自己的研究相匹配。所以我們?cè)谔状诺臅r(shí)候一定要找好自己的研究興趣和方向，定位自己適合套教授還是副教授。
