2、信封的寫法
外企在華的分支機構或分公司都會在招聘廣告中給出中文，絕大多數(shù)情況下。終究入鄉(xiāng)隨俗，也可以防止郵遞員因為看不懂外語而投遞只需按我國的習慣書寫信封就可以了只是人名方面須要注意。如果廣告上寫的聯(lián)系人是中文，困難。這種情況下。那么就直寫“先千萬不要擅自把它譯為中文，生收”女士收”好了但如果聯(lián)系人的名字是英文。哪怕這個名字看起來很普遍、很熟悉，如“James不要寫成“詹姆士”Smith不要寫成“史密斯”
如果外企給的英文地址，另外一種情況。那信封的寫法就應遵循英美的習慣。一般的寫法是信封的左上角（中文信封郵政編碼的地方）
信封中間的地方寫的收件人的名字和地址。收發(fā)雙方的地址都要依照由小及大的順序排列，寫的發(fā)件人的名字和地址。依次是第一行
