1、自我認(rèn)識(shí)
想一矢中的，首先必須認(rèn)清自我，一定要弄清以下三個(gè)問(wèn)題。 你現(xiàn)在是干什么的？你將來(lái)要干什么？你過(guò)去是干什么的？
這三個(gè)問(wèn)題不是按時(shí)間順序從過(guò)去到現(xiàn)在再到將來(lái)，而是從現(xiàn)在到將來(lái)再到過(guò)去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現(xiàn)在的你，他希望利用的是將來(lái)的你，而這將來(lái)又基于你的`歷史和現(xiàn)狀。
所以，第一個(gè)問(wèn)題，你是干什么的？現(xiàn)在是干什么的？回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題，要點(diǎn)是：你是你自己，不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區(qū)別開(kāi)來(lái)，在共同點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上更強(qiáng)調(diào)不同點(diǎn)，否則你絕無(wú)可能在眾多的應(yīng)征求職者中奪魁。 對(duì)于這第一個(gè)問(wèn)題，自我反省越深，自我鑒定就越成功。

2、投其所好
清楚自己的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)后，便可以開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備自我介紹的內(nèi)容：包括工作模式、優(yōu)點(diǎn)、技能，突出成就、專業(yè)知識(shí)、學(xué)術(shù)背景等。
好處眾多，但只有短短一分鐘，所以一切還是與該公司有關(guān)的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司，應(yīng)說(shuō)些電腦軟件的話題；如是一間金融財(cái)務(wù)公司，便可跟他說(shuō)錢(qián)的事，總之投
