“挺起中國脊梁”——關(guān)注建筑工人文化生活我們生活的城市越來越繁華，建筑越來越高聳，越來越美麗。我們就這么興高采烈、心安理得的住進(jìn)了一幢幢新居，踏進(jìn)一座座大廈。然而高樓林立之下，有這么一群人，他們只能在外面遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)看著自己親手的搭建起的華麗高樓，他們只能在功成名未就之后慢慢走開。
他們，總是被忽略的那一群人。他們是平凡而偉大的建筑工人。
當(dāng)然，建筑工人們或許并不如我們想的那么凄慘，他們作為普通的工人，也有著他們的生活方式，他們中的大多數(shù)認(rèn)為自己的生活現(xiàn)狀，并不是那么的差。然而當(dāng)城市里的白領(lǐng)們下班后商量要到**去“happy”的時候，建筑工人們的文化生活卻少人問津。他們幾乎沒有娛樂休閑的文化生活，但并不是說他們不需要。77%的建筑工人渴望良好的文化生活。
然而，目前的情況是他們除了工作外很少放松。下班后經(jīng)常從事文化活動的工人人數(shù)僅占調(diào)查中的一位。7%。

欣喜的是，在我們所調(diào)查的學(xué)生們中，有將近72%的學(xué)生表示，如果有可能，他們樂于并且渴望參與到慰問建筑工人的活動中。社會上的人們沒有給建筑工人留下一顆溫暖而關(guān)心的心。在調(diào)查中，雖然參加慰問建筑工人活動的學(xué)生不多，但很多學(xué)生都愿意參加。
我想大多數(shù)人都是熱心的，喜歡我們的團(tuán)隊，愿意參與建筑工人的文化生活。
這個社會是一個大家庭，家庭中的每一個人都需要溫暖與關(guān)懷，今天是他們，明天也許就是你，只有互相的關(guān)懷，互相的包容與體貼，才會建設(shè)出一個更好的氛圍，建設(shè)出一個更加溫馨的社會。我們也相信，在一批先驅(qū)者的帶動下，會有更多的人進(jìn)入活動，也會有更多的人關(guān)注建筑工人的文化生活。
一無題問卷調(diào)查表才剛剛回饋了一點(diǎn)，我的內(nèi)心就完全抑制不住地開始激蕩，我們都深知建筑工人的艱辛，我們更加認(rèn)識到建筑工人急需業(yè)余文化生活，他們目前的文化生活可以想知有多么的不樂觀，知道嗎？幾乎所有經(jīng)歷了20年風(fēng)雨的大學(xué)生都沒有參加過慰問建筑工人的活動。這是什么意思？
建筑工人的文化生活不被社會重視！甚至于他們自己都不曾意識到這一點(diǎn)，有一點(diǎn)很顯然，現(xiàn)如今在工地上做工的建筑工人大都是年齡介于三十至四十歲之間的。我曾經(jīng)和一位建筑工人和我同齡的兒子討論過這個問題，他告訴我：
“父親是小學(xué)文化，但是他很聰明！”這不得不讓我意識到，在工地上的多少個建筑工人叔叔都是有著相同遭遇的童年??！因為沒有錢，所以我只能放棄學(xué)業(yè)——那個時代的深層品牌是一群現(xiàn)在靠苦力在工地上謀生的人！
他還說：“父親不看報紙，只是偶爾看看電視連續(xù)劇，而且一般都是比較忙的，也沒什么時間看?！薄捌鋵嵨矣X得建筑工人最需要的還是來自家人的關(guān)心，離家在外的他們其實最牽念的還是家，是家里的父母妻兒，是家的味道，是家里愛的感覺！
