四個(gè)部分的花銷(xiāo)：education defence health and others
其中肯尼亞和另一個(gè)國(guó)家（記不起名字了）較為相似，在教育上的花銷(xiāo)較大而在defence上很小，與之相比較的是英國(guó)和美國(guó)，他們?cè)诮逃系膃xpenditure較小，而健康和defence上很大，四個(gè)國(guó)家的相同之處就是other占的比例最大，大約都在70%左右。
