二、雅思聽(tīng)力練習(xí)步驟
1.每個(gè)TEST在第一遍聽(tīng)的時(shí)候，盡量保持和真實(shí)考試一樣，中間不要停掉或重復(fù)。
2.聽(tīng)完后，對(duì)照答案，圈出錯(cuò)誤做答。
3.重新聽(tīng)錄音，從第二遍開(kāi)始“精聽(tīng)”，記住“精聽(tīng)”時(shí)一定不要看聽(tīng)力原文，如果這個(gè)時(shí)候看聽(tīng)力原文，“精聽(tīng)”將起不到它應(yīng)有的效果，因?yàn)橐曈X(jué)效果將沖淡語(yǔ)音效果，下次再聽(tīng)時(shí)，仍有可能犯同樣的錯(cuò)誤。在精聽(tīng)時(shí)，要注意體會(huì)雅思聽(tīng)力語(yǔ)流的特點(diǎn)，如重讀，爭(zhēng)取聽(tīng)懂每個(gè)單詞。練習(xí)對(duì)單詞的反應(yīng)速度。這一點(diǎn)很重要，很多學(xué)過(guò)的單詞，在腦海里沒(méi)有存留任何語(yǔ)音信息，所以很難在第一次聽(tīng)到時(shí)就成功反應(yīng)出來(lái)，只有通過(guò)一遍遍的精聽(tīng)，使其在腦海里留下比較深刻的語(yǔ)音印象，下次在聽(tīng)的時(shí)候才能避免反應(yīng)滯后，保證第一時(shí)間做答正確。
4. 一般來(lái)說(shuō)，最理想的“精聽(tīng)”次數(shù)為4次，也就是說(shuō)第一遍做完題后，把每個(gè)SECTION再聽(tīng)四遍，每一遍聽(tīng)都會(huì)理解更多的內(nèi)容，聽(tīng)出更多的單詞，但四遍精聽(tīng)后，仍會(huì)有零星單詞不能理解，這時(shí)候再來(lái)看聽(tīng)力原文，找出五遍聽(tīng)后仍沒(méi)理解的單詞，對(duì)于這些單詞，大腦的印象會(huì)非常深刻，下次再聽(tīng)到時(shí)，聽(tīng)不出的機(jī)率將大大降低。
最后用一個(gè)公式來(lái)總結(jié)這個(gè)方法，即20 TEST × 4 SECTION × （1 +4） TIMES = 400 TIMES。如果學(xué)生能夠堅(jiān)持把這400遍聽(tīng)力在半個(gè)月至一個(gè)月的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成，一定會(huì)看到自身“聽(tīng)質(zhì)”的顯著改善。
三、如何規(guī)劃雅思備考時(shí)間
1、目標(biāo)分?jǐn)?shù)
通過(guò)自測(cè)了解自己當(dāng)前的雅思分?jǐn)?shù)水平后，再對(duì)比和目標(biāo)分?jǐn)?shù)的差距，就可以大致計(jì)劃備考時(shí)間（參考以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，整體來(lái)說(shuō)，提升一分一般需要2個(gè)月左右。另一種說(shuō)法是，每提高1分需要大約400小時(shí)的時(shí)間投入）。
2、學(xué)習(xí)效率&時(shí)間安排
對(duì)于英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)特別好，只是對(duì)雅思題型和技巧不太了解的同學(xué)，備考的重點(diǎn)在于掌握雅思題型和做題技巧。如果做到題型練習(xí)到位、備考效率高并且每天投入時(shí)間較多，考生在短期內(nèi)完成雅思備考是有可能的。
如果基礎(chǔ)沒(méi)有那么好的同學(xué)，還是建議將備考的第一個(gè)月在單詞、語(yǔ)法上單獨(dú)花費(fèi)時(shí)間，再根據(jù)自己的目前水平和目標(biāo)分?jǐn)?shù)制定合適的備考計(jì)劃。
3、各科優(yōu)劣
聽(tīng)力和閱讀屬于輸入項(xiàng)目，與我們的應(yīng)試考試略有相似，較容易提分；而寫(xiě)作口語(yǔ)屬于輸出項(xiàng)目，且口語(yǔ)在過(guò)去英語(yǔ)的考試中比較少考察，難度更高，提分更難，出現(xiàn)瓶頸的可能性更大。
在開(kāi)始備考后，最好可以每復(fù)習(xí)半個(gè)月按照考試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做一套真題，判斷自己的提分進(jìn)度和效率，進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化安排。還有雅思備考的整體戰(zhàn)線最好別拖得太長(zhǎng)，控制在半年以內(nèi)比較好，一是因?yàn)閺?fù)習(xí)時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)容易懈怠和忘記初期復(fù)習(xí)的內(nèi)容；二是因?yàn)榭谡Z(yǔ)題庫(kù)每年的1月、5月、9月有30%左右的題目會(huì)被換掉，拖得太久需要反復(fù)準(zhǔn)備口語(yǔ)新題，時(shí)間是精力成本都比較高。
