英語與漢語不同，漢語注重意合，而英語注重形合。說英文時，大家要注意到這一點。
舉個例子：
今天下雨了，老師沒來。
The teacher was absent from his class because it is raining today.
不能說成：It is raining today, the teacher was absent from his class.
“下雨了，老師沒來。”這句話不使用連詞大家也知道這句話表示的是因果關系。
但要把用英文表達這句話，就要加上連詞“because of”，這樣句子才完整。
口語考試中，大家的講話不能僅僅是句子的羅列，這樣的講話往往邏輯不清晰，考官會不知道你想要表達的是什么。
考試中，大家要恰當使用連詞，這樣可以使你的講話邏輯更為清晰，考官聽的也清楚。
Conjunctions and Conjunctive Adverbs
表示因果關系：because, for, thanks to, due to, since, as a result(of), thus, so等。
表示遞進關系：besides, in addition, what’s more, not only…but (also), moreover等。
表示轉折關系：but, however, yet, on the contrary, on the other hand等。
表示讓步：although, though, after all, in spite of, nevertheless, still, provided等。
表示時間：as soon as, at first, then, later, meanwhile等。
舉例：for example, for instance, for one thing, that is to illustrate等。
表示總結：in a word, to sum up, in all, on the whole, in short等。
使用這些連詞可以使你的講話結構更為清晰。
