此題目意思是個人可以通過個人努力和家人幫助來解決重大問題，所以不需要政府的幫助。此題不管是同意還是反對，想兩個理由都較為困難，所以我們可以選擇進行對important problems 進行拆分,波波建議大家選擇不同意，即認為個人需要政府的幫助來解決很多重大問題，比如環(huán)境問題和教育問題。
全文思路如下：
1.First of all, environmental problems must be solved with the help of the government in many cases. (現(xiàn)在環(huán)境問題愈來愈嚴重，霧霾(haze)以及各種污染問題層出不窮，然而個人的力量總是弱小的，只有通過政府的努力才能解決這些問題。比如霧霾主要是由汽車尾氣和工業(yè)廢氣造成的，個人只能改變自己的出行方式，但是這對解決環(huán)境問題的作用是微乎其微的，只有政府制定法律法規(guī)或關(guān)閉工廠這些方式才能從根本上解決空氣問題)
2.In addition, the contribution of the government in solving the problems about educational system cannot be overlooked.(眾所周知，很多國家存在教育資源不足或分布不均勻的情況，個人無法通過個人的努力來改變國家整體的教育質(zhì)量，只有通過政府制定相關(guān)政策才能使這一問題得到解決。比如，我國偏遠地區(qū)的孩子無法上學(xué)的問題)

Throughout the whole life of every individual, it is quite common that various problems and issues await on the path of life. Given the complexicity and diversity of problems occurring to us, how to solve them efficiently has never failed to attract the public attention. Some governors firmly believe that people cannot solve these problems without the assistance from government. As for me, I side with the above viewpoint.
First of all, environmental problems must be solved with the help of the government in many cases. Currently, with the deterioration of the environment, various environmental problems such as smoggy weather are so serious that any individual or family can do little to handle these problems. Therefore, only when government pays heed to these issues and take feasible actions can the environment situation can be improved. A good case in point is the haze, a combination of smog and fog. As we all know, the main cause of smog is industrial waste gas. What individuals can do is to commute via public transportation, whose effect can be nearly neglected.However, government can lay down strict rules and regulations to shut down the factory producing heavy pollution or fund the scientific research for new clean energy, like solar energy and wind power.Only in this way can the environmental contamination be fundamentally resolved.
In addition, the contribution of the government in solving the problems about educational system cannot be overlooked. In many countries especially those developing ones, the scarcity and disparity of educational resources are one of the most important factors impeding the enhancement of educational quality. In terms of how to address such a grandiose issue, government definitely can do a better job than any individual. Take the current educational situation in southwestern areas of China for example. According to a 2014 report and conducted by Education Online, many primary and middle schools are not equipped with sufficient teaching instruments, let alone multimedia devices such as projectors, and computers. Such a great gap in eduational resources between the rural and urban areas can only be bridged by the government who has abundant financial resources.
Admittedly, some opponents may argue that with the steady amelioration of life quality, we can solve some important problems independently or with the assistance from family. However, the above reasoning has belittled the complexity of current problems faced by us. In other words, governmental help is indispensable for us in order to live a smoothy life. Taking what has been discussed above, we can draw the conclusion that for the sake of coping with the importance problems, the help from government is of great necessity.
