占座現(xiàn)象是大學校園內的普遍現(xiàn)象，甚至已經(jīng)發(fā)展成一種不成文的規(guī)定，一種“潛規(guī)則(a hidden rule)”。無論是在教室、食堂還是圖書館，凡是座位資源相對稀缺的地方，都不難看到占座的現(xiàn)象。對于這種現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)，人們各持己見，褒貶不一。學校的座位資源有限，這已經(jīng)是人盡皆知的事實。在同學們面臨期末考試、司法考試、英語四六級考試等諸多考試壓力的同時，還要騰出精力去占座，使忙碌的學習生活平添煩惱。
