Bozo explosion is the large number of inept employees that a company ends up with when it hires an incompetent executive, who in turn hires incompetent managers, who then hire incompetent workers.
The Bozo Explosion was possibly coined by Steve Jobs at Apple:
"Actually, Steve believed that A players hire A players—that is people who are as good as they are. I refined this slightly—my theory is that A players hire people even better than themselves. It's clear, though, that B players hire C players so they can feel superior to them, and C players hire D players. If you start hiring B players, expect what Steve called 'the bozo explosion' to happen in your organization," said Guy Kawasaki.
如果你開始雇了二流人才,你的團隊就會出現(xiàn)史蒂夫稱之為‘庸才當?shù)馈默F(xiàn)象?!?BR>    Guy Kawasaki is the chief evangelist of Canva, an online graphic design tool. Formerly, he was an advisor to the Motorola business unit of Google and chief evangelist of Apple.
    For Example:
Years ago, I was trying to figure out how to get my first company off the ground. One concept that stuck with me was "preventing the bozo explosion".

Male answer syndrome(MAS) is the tendency for some men to answer a question even when they don't know the answer.
Try an experiment. Ask a male friend a question, something completely outside his sphere of expertise.
Will you get an answer? Chances are, you will. The male friend is exhibiting behavior known as Male Answer Syndrome. It's the compulsion by many individuals (mostly men, but sometimes women) to answer questions readily, regardless of knowledge.
Psychologists tell us it's a form of "male display behavior" and is a subtle method of attracting females. "Men have the courage and inventiveness to try to explain the inexplicable." A man may even start to believe his own baloney. This might account, in part, for the disproportionate number of men over women actively successful in the arts.

Some companies have formulated a "birth time schedule" that stipulates employees should report to their employers one year prior to a planned second child.
The space shuttle is scheduled to blast off at 04:38.(航天飛機計劃在凌晨4點38分發(fā)射升空。)
