Shouting head is a loud and aggressive person, particularly one who is a television pundit or commentator.
“高呼者”指的是說話大聲且咄咄逼人的人，特別是電視評論員或解說員。
This phrase is the loudmouth version of a talking head, a person, such as a newscaster or pundit, talking on television while shown in a close-up shot, an epithet that entered the language around 1976.
這個說法是“接受電視采訪者”的“高聲講話”版。新聞廣播員或評論員等talking head(電視銀幕上發(fā)言人的頭部特寫，指接受采訪者)在電視上發(fā)表談話，經(jīng)常給予特寫鏡頭。這個詞在大約1976年就出現(xiàn)了。
