Armed Independent Regime of Workers and Peasants
"Armed independent regime of workers and peasants" was the theory about the new road of Chinese revolution proposed by Mao Zedong during the Second Revolutionary Civil War (1927-1937). It refers to carrying on a revolution by a close combination of three ways under the leadership of the Communist Party of China - taking the armed struggle as the main form; taking the agrarian revolution as its central content; taking the rural revolutionary base as its strategic position. This theory was one of the important theoretical basis for the Communist Party of China during the ten-year civil war against Kuomintang.
