曲轅犁
曲轅犁，是唐代漢族勞動人民發(fā)明的耕犁。其轅曲，因以名，區(qū)別于直轅犁。因其首先在蘇州等地推廣應(yīng)用，又稱為“江東犁”。曲轅犁比之前的犁的犁架更小，更輕，且便于調(diào)頭和轉(zhuǎn)彎，操作靈活，節(jié)省人力和牲畜。

Crankshaft Plough
A plough with incurved shafts was invented by Han people during the Tang Dynasty. It’s referred to as a crankshaft plough and it’s different from a plough that has a straight shaft. It was first popularized in Suzhou and it was known as a "jiangdong plough." Compared with the frame of the previous ploughs, the frame of a crankshaft plough is much smaller and lighter. It can easily make turns, making it more flexible to operate. This saves work time.
