管理必須服從和服務(wù)于教學(xué)中心工作。以教學(xué)管理為例，我們要堅持輕負擔、高質(zhì)量，認真實施素質(zhì)教育，面向全體學(xué)生，全面提高質(zhì)量，在實際工作中就要嚴格做到：不增加課時，不多布置作業(yè)，不提前上課、不拖堂、不補課。通過嚴格執(zhí)行教學(xué)計劃，克服無序競爭，才能真正保證素質(zhì)教育的實施。

開學(xué)一個月了，你教的是一個新生班。這時候，你是否能叫出每個學(xué)生的名字?批改期中考試卷的時候，你能否從一段作文、一個文字題的解答判斷出這份試卷是誰的?在你布置作業(yè)的時候，你知道某個題目哪些學(xué)生會答得很漂亮;而另幾名同學(xué)會遇到一些困難嗎?
教育是一門交流的藝術(shù)。只有充滿尊重和關(guān)愛學(xué)生，才會與學(xué)生有效溝通，并順利實現(xiàn)教育的目標。
3、教師要學(xué)會引領(lǐng)學(xué)生健康成長
所謂引領(lǐng)，就是指出學(xué)生可能達到的發(fā)展高度，點燃其發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力，培養(yǎng)其自我認知和自我控制的能力。
一根柔軟的面條，你可以在前面拖動，卻很難從后面推進。孩子的教育也是如此，不要怕孩子犯錯誤，在孩子漫長的成長過程中，成功和失敗都是教育和引導(dǎo)的契機。所以，我們要做學(xué)生的引領(lǐng)者，用語言和用行動告訴孩子：學(xué)會思考和判斷，學(xué)會對自己的行為負責，學(xué)會在錯誤中吸取教訓(xùn)。這就是我所說的"引領(lǐng)"。
4、教師要樂于并且致力于成就學(xué)生

一、以人為本科學(xué)管理，著力推進優(yōu)化管理工程
1、銳意改革，強化管理，是提高辦學(xué)效益和教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。
管理必須服從和服務(wù)于教學(xué)中心工作。以教學(xué)管理為例，我們要堅持輕負擔、高質(zhì)量，認真實施素質(zhì)教育，面向全體學(xué)生，全面提高質(zhì)量，在實際工作中就要嚴格做到：不增加課時，不多布置作業(yè)，不提前上課、不拖堂、不補課。通過嚴格執(zhí)行教學(xué)計劃，克服無序競爭，才能真正保證素質(zhì)教育的實施。

強化管理，需要社會和家長的認同和配合，我們要建立從班級到年級到全校的家長委員會，擴大德育的空間和時間，增強學(xué)校、家庭和社會三位一體的德育合力，形成一支編外的德育教師隊伍。
2、以人為本，確立師生主體地位，是充分調(diào)動和發(fā)揮師生主觀能動性和積極性的重要保證。
我們學(xué)校所取得的成績，都離不開廣大教師的主觀能動性和工作積極性。學(xué)校的主人是教師和學(xué)生?！耙匀藶楸尽睉?yīng)是學(xué)校始終堅持的辦學(xué)方針，就是以學(xué)生為本、以教師為本。
學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對教師應(yīng)該堅持多表揚、多關(guān)心、多接近，使教師感受到自己是被他人尊重的;學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)辦事公道，不論評獎晉升，表揚或批評都要盡量公平合理。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還必須以身作則，具有犧牲精神。特別是在目前教師待遇還不很高的情況下，學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更要注意將享受讓給群眾，擔子揀重的挑。這樣，才能引導(dǎo)和帶領(lǐng)全體教職工為完成學(xué)校的總目標而努力工作。

實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值，是教師的合理追求，也是以人為本思想的重要體現(xiàn)。全面實施素質(zhì)教育必須建立對教師及其勞動的科學(xué)評估標準。我們結(jié)合新的形式進一步完善各種評比激勵機制如：《教師考核辦法》、《學(xué)生評教方案》、《名師工程》和《青年教師培養(yǎng)工程》以及《最佳教職工評選方案》等。從某種意義上來講，這也是檢驗教師實現(xiàn)人生價值的客觀標準。還應(yīng)該鼓勵青年教師“冒尖”，對脫穎而出者給予表彰獎勵，并及時推薦優(yōu)秀青年教師走上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位，在職稱評定、評優(yōu)等方面按政策規(guī)定給予傾斜。
為了培養(yǎng)正確的人生觀和價值觀，作為學(xué)校管理者，應(yīng)根據(jù)具體問題積極進行有意識地疏導(dǎo)和“灌輸”，對當前社會和學(xué)校的一些熱點問題進行宣傳介紹，分析說理，開闊了教職工的視野，提高了思想水平。

隨著以人為本和依法治校思想的深入，要形成以尊重人、關(guān)心人、激勵人為出發(fā)點，充分激發(fā)個人的工作熱情，發(fā)揮個人特長，團結(jié)協(xié)作，群策群力，促進學(xué)校工作全面發(fā)展的良好局面。
還權(quán)于教師，事關(guān)學(xué)校改革與發(fā)展以及教師們普遍關(guān)心的重大事項，將由校委會形成方案交全體教師討論并公決，把民主落到實處。
同時，我們積極發(fā)揚民主，強化以教師為主體的教職工代表大會的工作職能，以公平、公正、公開為原則，實行民主辦校，切實保障教職工參與民主管理。每學(xué)期都要召開教代會，認真實行校務(wù)公開，充分相信群眾，尊重群眾的民主權(quán)力，擴大教代會介入學(xué)校管理的過程和范圍;建立學(xué)校工作情況的定期通報和工作計劃的預(yù)報制度，保障教職工對學(xué)校重大事務(wù)的知情權(quán)和監(jiān)督權(quán)，使每個人都能關(guān)心學(xué)校的工作。
二、樹立正確的教師觀、學(xué)生觀，全面推進質(zhì)量建設(shè)工程。
我們應(yīng)該怎樣做教師?教師應(yīng)該怎樣對待學(xué)生?我將兩個問題結(jié)合起來思考，應(yīng)該構(gòu)成辦高質(zhì)量高品位教育的關(guān)鍵。我覺得應(yīng)該遵循“尊重、關(guān)愛、引領(lǐng)、成全”八個字的基本理念。
1、教師應(yīng)該真誠尊重每一個學(xué)生
所謂尊重，就是正視和接受學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實狀態(tài)?，F(xiàn)代社會已經(jīng)進入一個資訊極其發(fā)達的時代。舊時代的人，其知識來源、對社會的認知，基本源頭來自于父母、師長，因此，很容易和父母、師長擁有共同的認知。現(xiàn)在孩子們獲取的知識與資訊，幾乎有九成都是從電視、報紙、雜志和網(wǎng)絡(luò)上來的，當父母親們都忙于柴米油鹽而在社會上努力打拼時，對子女的教養(yǎng)及知識的灌輸已經(jīng)顯得無能為力。盡管我們都活在同一個時代，但所獲得的資訊，已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)一道道"代溝"，由孩子們的眼光來看我們，應(yīng)該是我們out啦!
所以，教育者一定要尊重學(xué)生。尊重每一個學(xué)生的個性，尊重學(xué)生不同的生活方式、學(xué)習(xí)方式、審美情趣和價值取向，尊重學(xué)生成長的過程和規(guī)律。
2、教師應(yīng)該真心關(guān)愛每一個學(xué)生
所謂關(guān)愛，就是理解學(xué)生情緒、感受，把握學(xué)生的心理發(fā)展走向。
開學(xué)一個月了，你教的是一個新生班。這時候，你是否能叫出每個學(xué)生的名字?批改期中考試卷的時候，你能否從一段作文、一個文字題的解答判斷出這份試卷是誰的?在你布置作業(yè)的時候，你知道某個題目哪些學(xué)生會答得很漂亮;而另幾名同學(xué)會遇到一些困難嗎?
教育是一門交流的藝術(shù)。只有充滿尊重和關(guān)愛學(xué)生，才會與學(xué)生有效溝通，并順利實現(xiàn)教育的目標。
3、教師要學(xué)會引領(lǐng)學(xué)生健康成長
所謂引領(lǐng)，就是指出學(xué)生可能達到的發(fā)展高度，點燃其發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力，培養(yǎng)其自我認知和自我控制的能力。
一根柔軟的面條，你可以在前面拖動，卻很難從后面推進。孩子的教育也是如此，不要怕孩子犯錯誤，在孩子漫長的成長過程中，成功和失敗都是教育和引導(dǎo)的契機。所以，我們要做學(xué)生的引領(lǐng)者，用語言和用行動告訴孩子：學(xué)會思考和判斷，學(xué)會對自己的行為負責，學(xué)會在錯誤中吸取教訓(xùn)。這就是我所說的"引領(lǐng)"。
4、教師要樂于并且致力于成就學(xué)生
所謂成全，就是盡一切努力，幫助孩子實現(xiàn)自我發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)成功與卓越。
我們學(xué)校辦了一期優(yōu)秀教師介紹?？袃晌?優(yōu)秀骨干教師"的照片被學(xué)生摳掉了眼睛。我們看好的老師，學(xué)生并不買賬，甚至反感到"刻骨銘心"。
這件事對我的觸動很深。教師應(yīng)該做成就學(xué)生的伯樂，而不是管教和制服學(xué)生的警察。學(xué)生不是一個需要管教的對象，教師的責任，首先不是"監(jiān)督"而是"發(fā)現(xiàn)";高明的教師要接納學(xué)生的差異，視每一個學(xué)生為獨特的、有價值的個體;發(fā)掘每個學(xué)生的長處，同時也包容他的短處，通過揚長避短，培養(yǎng)孩子的自信，最終幫助他們獲得成功。
三、加強校風建設(shè)和安全教育，全力推進安全穩(wěn)定工程。
校風，是由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風、教師教風和學(xué)生學(xué)風構(gòu)成。它是學(xué)校精神文明建設(shè)的重要標志在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風方面，我要努力鉆研業(yè)務(wù)，親臨教學(xué)第一線，帶頭搞好教育教學(xué)工作，按教育規(guī)律辦事;關(guān)心教職工生活，多為教職工辦實事，努力做好教職工的后勤保障。
在教師教風方面，要求對學(xué)生全面負責，教書育人，鉆研業(yè)務(wù)，互相聽課、互相學(xué)習(xí)，揚長避短，形成不斷改革教法的風氣，以適應(yīng)新課標的發(fā)展。
在學(xué)生學(xué)風方面，要求學(xué)生認真、踏實、勤奮、刻苦地學(xué)習(xí)，注重學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范養(yǎng)成教育，通過積極開展各種達標創(chuàng)優(yōu)評比活動，在學(xué)校中形成競賽風氣，把學(xué)校建設(shè)成一個良好的育人環(huán)境，有力的促進“三風”建設(shè)。

一、以人為本科學(xué)管理，著力推進優(yōu)化管理工程

1、教師應(yīng)該真誠尊重每一個學(xué)生
所謂尊重，就是正視和接受學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實狀態(tài)?，F(xiàn)代社會已經(jīng)進入一個資訊極其發(fā)達的時代。舊時代的人，其知識來源、對社會的認知，基本源頭來自于父母、師長，因此，很容易和父母、師長擁有共同的認知?，F(xiàn)在孩子們獲取的知識與資訊，幾乎有九成都是從電視、報紙、雜志和網(wǎng)絡(luò)上來的，當父母親們都忙于柴米油鹽而在社會上努力打拼時，對子女的教養(yǎng)及知識的灌輸已經(jīng)顯得無能為力。盡管我們都活在同一個時代，但所獲得的資訊，已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)一道道"代溝"，由孩子們的眼光來看我們，應(yīng)該是我們out啦!

2、教師應(yīng)該真心關(guān)愛每一個學(xué)生
所謂關(guān)愛，就是理解學(xué)生情緒、感受，把握學(xué)生的心理發(fā)展走向。
開學(xué)一個月了，你教的是一個新生班。這時候，你是否能叫出每個學(xué)生的名字?批改期中考試卷的時候，你能否從一段作文、一個文字題的解答判斷出這份試卷是誰的?在你布置作業(yè)的時候，你知道某個題目哪些學(xué)生會答得很漂亮;而另幾名同學(xué)會遇到一些困難嗎?
教育是一門交流的藝術(shù)。只有充滿尊重和關(guān)愛學(xué)生，才會與學(xué)生有效溝通，并順利實現(xiàn)教育的目標。
3、教師要學(xué)會引領(lǐng)學(xué)生健康成長
所謂引領(lǐng)，就是指出學(xué)生可能達到的發(fā)展高度，點燃其發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力，培養(yǎng)其自我認知和自我控制的能力。
一根柔軟的面條，你可以在前面拖動，卻很難從后面推進。孩子的教育也是如此，不要怕孩子犯錯誤，在孩子漫長的成長過程中，成功和失敗都是教育和引導(dǎo)的契機。所以，我們要做學(xué)生的引領(lǐng)者，用語言和用行動告訴孩子：學(xué)會思考和判斷，學(xué)會對自己的行為負責，學(xué)會在錯誤中吸取教訓(xùn)。這就是我所說的"引領(lǐng)"。

我叫××，今年43歲，石鎮(zhèn)老屋灣村人，本科學(xué)歷，1988年參加教育工作，是市骨干教師、中學(xué)高級教師、現(xiàn)任中學(xué)副校長、黃岡市政治教育學(xué)會會員、湖北省德育學(xué)會會員。
我先后在張嘴中學(xué)、石鎮(zhèn)中學(xué)、孔坊中學(xué)工作，擔任過語文教師、政治教師、班主任、文科教研組長、年級組長、教務(wù)員、政教員、教務(wù)處副主任、教導(dǎo)處主任、副校長。
在20xx年的教育生涯中，20xx年在畢業(yè)年級任教、20xx年從事學(xué)校教育教學(xué)管理工作，積累了較為豐富的教學(xué)與管理經(jīng)驗。在課堂教學(xué)中堅持以學(xué)生為主體、以教師為主導(dǎo)、以情商為導(dǎo)航、優(yōu)化教學(xué)過程，形成了以情商培育為主線智商培育為主旨的思想政治課課堂教學(xué)模式，讓學(xué)生學(xué)得輕松考得滿意，深受歡迎。積極參加教研教改，發(fā)揮骨干教師的傳幫帶作用，四優(yōu)評選中多次獲獎，有15篇教研論文和教育敘事在報刊發(fā)表，其中《自有源頭活水來》、《激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣激活課堂教學(xué)》在教育部主管的中學(xué)政治教學(xué)參考上發(fā)表。在學(xué)校管理中堅持制度管人、真誠待人、襟懷坦蕩，到位不越位、盡責不越權(quán)，為校長當好了參謀和助手，為學(xué)校的發(fā)展盡職盡責。
回顧過去的工作，無論是作為一名普通教師還是擔任學(xué)校負責人，我都敬業(yè)愛崗，服從組織，顧全大局，清正廉潔，勤奮務(wù)實，開拓進取，與時俱進，追求更好。為人豁達，性格開朗，深受同事歡迎。
如果能來和大家一起工作，如何讓雷店中學(xué)在現(xiàn)有的高度實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展?下面就結(jié)合教育局年初教育干部大會的主要精神，我談一談我個人膚淺的認識。
以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)，全面貫徹黨的教育方針和《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》，大力推進素質(zhì)教育，全面提高教育質(zhì)量和品位，緊緊依靠全體教師，辦人民滿意教育。圍繞“辦優(yōu)質(zhì)型、教育辦創(chuàng)新型教育、辦特色型教育”的辦學(xué)理念，按照“規(guī)范、務(wù)實、創(chuàng)新、提高”的要求，把雷店中學(xué)辦成教育質(zhì)量高、辦學(xué)特色鮮明、教師素質(zhì)高、教師待遇好的農(nóng)村優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)校。
一、以人為本科學(xué)管理，著力推進優(yōu)化管理工程
1、銳意改革，強化管理，是提高辦學(xué)效益和教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。
管理必須服從和服務(wù)于教學(xué)中心工作。以教學(xué)管理為例，我們要堅持輕負擔、高質(zhì)量，認真實施素質(zhì)教育，面向全體學(xué)生，全面提高質(zhì)量，在實際工作中就要嚴格做到：不增加課時，不多布置作業(yè)，不提前上課、不拖堂、不補課。通過嚴格執(zhí)行教學(xué)計劃，克服無序競爭，才能真正保證素質(zhì)教育的實施。
強化管理，首先要強化對干部的管理。干部要做到“團結(jié)、求實、高效、廉潔”的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風，要像魏書生說的那樣“多搶挑重擔，少推卸責任，多改變自我，少埋怨環(huán)境，多干活，少得利，勤服務(wù)，無親疏”，從而帶領(lǐng)群眾完成學(xué)校各項教育教學(xué)任務(wù)。
強化管理，需要社會和家長的認同和配合，我們要建立從班級到年級到全校的家長委員會，擴大德育的空間和時間，增強學(xué)校、家庭和社會三位一體的德育合力，形成一支編外的德育教師隊伍。
2、以人為本，確立師生主體地位，是充分調(diào)動和發(fā)揮師生主觀能動性和積極性的重要保證。
我們學(xué)校所取得的成績，都離不開廣大教師的主觀能動性和工作積極性。學(xué)校的主人是教師和學(xué)生?！耙匀藶楸尽睉?yīng)是學(xué)校始終堅持的辦學(xué)方針，就是以學(xué)生為本、以教師為本。
學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對教師應(yīng)該堅持多表揚、多關(guān)心、多接近，使教師感受到自己是被他人尊重的;學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)辦事公道，不論評獎晉升，表揚或批評都要盡量公平合理。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還必須以身作則，具有犧牲精神。特別是在目前教師待遇還不很高的情況下，學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更要注意將享受讓給群眾，擔子揀重的挑。這樣，才能引導(dǎo)和帶領(lǐng)全體教職工為完成學(xué)校的總目標而努力工作。
為了穩(wěn)定教師隊伍，必須在感情留人、待遇留人的同時，要強調(diào)事業(yè)留人。唯有對事業(yè)的忠誠和不懈追求才是維系和激發(fā)人的積極性的永恒動力。用事業(yè)留人，用教師身旁的先進典型激勵人，這是最有說服力的活生生的思想政治工作。堅持開展校內(nèi)的“述職”、“評優(yōu)”等活動，從黨內(nèi)到黨外，從干部到群眾，比思想，比干勁，比作風，比業(yè)績，通過榜樣的示范，不斷給學(xué)校注入新的活力。
以人為本，必須確立學(xué)生的主體地位。對學(xué)生，我們提出“自律、自修、自理”，強調(diào)自我約束、自覺學(xué)習(xí)、自我管理，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)方法，使之成為能進行自主學(xué)習(xí)，具有主體意識、積極創(chuàng)新、自強不息、追求卓越的創(chuàng)造型人才。重視并加強學(xué)校團委、學(xué)生會的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，一貫重視并強調(diào)學(xué)生的自我教育和自我管理，凡是學(xué)生能夠操作的盡量放手，讓學(xué)生生去做。
3、以人為本，充分重視和體現(xiàn)每位教職工的人生價值，是實現(xiàn)辦學(xué)目標的重要條件。
實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值，是教師的合理追求，也是以人為本思想的重要體現(xiàn)。全面實施素質(zhì)教育必須建立對教師及其勞動的科學(xué)評估標準。我們結(jié)合新的形式進一步完善各種評比激勵機制如：《教師考核辦法》、《學(xué)生評教方案》、《名師工程》和《青年教師培養(yǎng)工程》以及《最佳教職工評選方案》等。從某種意義上來講，這也是檢驗教師實現(xiàn)人生價值的客觀標準。還應(yīng)該鼓勵青年教師“冒尖”，對脫穎而出者給予表彰獎勵，并及時推薦優(yōu)秀青年教師走上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位，在職稱評定、評優(yōu)等方面按政策規(guī)定給予傾斜。
為了培養(yǎng)正確的人生觀和價值觀，作為學(xué)校管理者，應(yīng)根據(jù)具體問題積極進行有意識地疏導(dǎo)和“灌輸”，對當前社會和學(xué)校的一些熱點問題進行宣傳介紹，分析說理，開闊了教職工的視野，提高了思想水平。
4、以人為本，發(fā)揚民主，推進各項改革，實現(xiàn)民主治校。
隨著以人為本和依法治校思想的深入，要形成以尊重人、關(guān)心人、激勵人為出發(fā)點，充分激發(fā)個人的工作熱情，發(fā)揮個人特長，團結(jié)協(xié)作，群策群力，促進學(xué)校工作全面發(fā)展的良好局面。
還權(quán)于教師，事關(guān)學(xué)校改革與發(fā)展以及教師們普遍關(guān)心的重大事項，將由校委會形成方案交全體教師討論并公決，把民主落到實處。
同時，我們積極發(fā)揚民主，強化以教師為主體的教職工代表大會的工作職能，以公平、公正、公開為原則，實行民主辦校，切實保障教職工參與民主管理。每學(xué)期都要召開教代會，認真實行校務(wù)公開，充分相信群眾，尊重群眾的民主權(quán)力，擴大教代會介入學(xué)校管理的過程和范圍;建立學(xué)校工作情況的定期通報和工作計劃的預(yù)報制度，保障教職工對學(xué)校重大事務(wù)的知情權(quán)和監(jiān)督權(quán)，使每個人都能關(guān)心學(xué)校的工作。
二、樹立正確的教師觀、學(xué)生觀，全面推進質(zhì)量建設(shè)工程。
我們應(yīng)該怎樣做教師?教師應(yīng)該怎樣對待學(xué)生?我將兩個問題結(jié)合起來思考，應(yīng)該構(gòu)成辦高質(zhì)量高品位教育的關(guān)鍵。我覺得應(yīng)該遵循“尊重、關(guān)愛、引領(lǐng)、成全”八個字的基本理念。
1、教師應(yīng)該真誠尊重每一個學(xué)生
所謂尊重，就是正視和接受學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實狀態(tài)?，F(xiàn)代社會已經(jīng)進入一個資訊極其發(fā)達的時代。舊時代的人，其知識來源、對社會的認知，基本源頭來自于父母、師長，因此，很容易和父母、師長擁有共同的認知。現(xiàn)在孩子們獲取的知識與資訊，幾乎有九成都是從電視、報紙、雜志和網(wǎng)絡(luò)上來的，當父母親們都忙于柴米油鹽而在社會上努力打拼時，對子女的教養(yǎng)及知識的灌輸已經(jīng)顯得無能為力。盡管我們都活在同一個時代，但所獲得的資訊，已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)一道道"代溝"，由孩子們的眼光來看我們，應(yīng)該是我們out啦!
所以，教育者一定要尊重學(xué)生。尊重每一個學(xué)生的個性，尊重學(xué)生不同的生活方式、學(xué)習(xí)方式、審美情趣和價值取向，尊重學(xué)生成長的過程和規(guī)律。
2、教師應(yīng)該真心關(guān)愛每一個學(xué)生
所謂關(guān)愛，就是理解學(xué)生情緒、感受，把握學(xué)生的心理發(fā)展走向。
開學(xué)一個月了，你教的是一個新生班。這時候，你是否能叫出每個學(xué)生的名字?批改期中考試卷的時候，你能否從一段作文、一個文字題的解答判斷出這份試卷是誰的?在你布置作業(yè)的時候，你知道某個題目哪些學(xué)生會答得很漂亮;而另幾名同學(xué)會遇到一些困難嗎?
教育是一門交流的藝術(shù)。只有充滿尊重和關(guān)愛學(xué)生，才會與學(xué)生有效溝通，并順利實現(xiàn)教育的目標。
3、教師要學(xué)會引領(lǐng)學(xué)生健康成長
所謂引領(lǐng)，就是指出學(xué)生可能達到的發(fā)展高度，點燃其發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力，培養(yǎng)其自我認知和自我控制的能力。
一根柔軟的面條，你可以在前面拖動，卻很難從后面推進。孩子的教育也是如此，不要怕孩子犯錯誤，在孩子漫長的成長過程中，成功和失敗都是教育和引導(dǎo)的契機。所以，我們要做學(xué)生的引領(lǐng)者，用語言和用行動告訴孩子：學(xué)會思考和判斷，學(xué)會對自己的行為負責，學(xué)會在錯誤中吸取教訓(xùn)。這就是我所說的"引領(lǐng)"。
4、教師要樂于并且致力于成就學(xué)生
所謂成全，就是盡一切努力，幫助孩子實現(xiàn)自我發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)成功與卓越。
我們學(xué)校辦了一期優(yōu)秀教師介紹?？袃晌?優(yōu)秀骨干教師"的照片被學(xué)生摳掉了眼睛。我們看好的老師，學(xué)生并不買賬，甚至反感到"刻骨銘心"。
這件事對我的觸動很深。教師應(yīng)該做成就學(xué)生的伯樂，而不是管教和制服學(xué)生的警察。學(xué)生不是一個需要管教的對象，教師的責任，首先不是"監(jiān)督"而是"發(fā)現(xiàn)";高明的教師要接納學(xué)生的差異，視每一個學(xué)生為獨特的、有價值的個體;發(fā)掘每個學(xué)生的長處，同時也包容他的短處，通過揚長避短，培養(yǎng)孩子的自信，最終幫助他們獲得成功。
三、加強校風建設(shè)和安全教育，全力推進安全穩(wěn)定工程。
校風，是由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風、教師教風和學(xué)生學(xué)風構(gòu)成。它是學(xué)校精神文明建設(shè)的重要標志在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風方面，我要努力鉆研業(yè)務(wù)，親臨教學(xué)第一線，帶頭搞好教育教學(xué)工作，按教育規(guī)律辦事;關(guān)心教職工生活，多為教職工辦實事，努力做好教職工的后勤保障。
在教師教風方面，要求對學(xué)生全面負責，教書育人，鉆研業(yè)務(wù)，互相聽課、互相學(xué)習(xí)，揚長避短，形成不斷改革教法的風氣，以適應(yīng)新課標的發(fā)展。
在學(xué)生學(xué)風方面，要求學(xué)生認真、踏實、勤奮、刻苦地學(xué)習(xí)，注重學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范養(yǎng)成教育，通過積極開展各種達標創(chuàng)優(yōu)評比活動，在學(xué)校中形成競賽風氣，把學(xué)校建設(shè)成一個良好的育人環(huán)境，有力的促進“三風”建設(shè)。
建立安全隱患排查制度，經(jīng)常對師生進行安全教育，最大限度保障全體師生員工的生命安全和財產(chǎn)安全。
四、改善環(huán)境，廣辟渠道，切實加強學(xué)校經(jīng)濟建設(shè)，為學(xué)校持續(xù)發(fā)展提供支撐保障。雷店中學(xué)是雷店鎮(zhèn)的第一張名片，經(jīng)濟環(huán)境有較大改善空間，同時還要做到以下幾點：一是增收節(jié)支，切實維護好校辦產(chǎn)業(yè);二是繼續(xù)改善教師辦公條件和師生的生活條件，提高教師培訓(xùn)費用預(yù)算，并加強健康教師的建設(shè)步伐。三是爭取籌建中考獎勵基金，重獎中考有功之臣。四是著力提高教師經(jīng)濟待遇，縮小與城區(qū)同類學(xué)校的差距。
