341. 這件事告訴我們，他并不像我們想象的那樣誠實。
    [誤] This tells us that he is not so honest as we thought.
    [正] This shows that he is not so honest as we thought.
    注：中文用的是擬人的修辭手法，但在這句話上英國人很較真，他們認(rèn)為“事情”是不會像人一樣開口說話的，只能 show（表明）。
