律師為當事人制作的"法律意見書"

律師為當事人提供法律服務(wù)，其內(nèi)容之一便是制作"法律意見書".此"法律意見書"，英語作何譯？——則各有各的譯法。因此，與其苦思冥想、搜索枯腸，想出個恰當?shù)淖g名來，不如注意觀察，從英語實踐中攫取自然存在的對應(yīng)詞。為此，守株待兔有年。某日，終于找到了，而且很簡單——"opinion letters"：
    （1） Carefully drafting opinion letters and clarifying their purpose with he client.
