charges on through transportation movements

and/or offer for sale ocean transportation
services 提供遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸服務(wù)的機(jī)構(gòu)。對(duì)外
which holds itself out to the public as one who
negotiates 負(fù)責(zé)與收、發(fā)貨人洽談運(yùn)輸條款
between shipper or consignee and carrier for the
purchase， 出售艙位等事宜。
