神州數碼通用軟件有限公司（以下簡稱“DGT”）成立于2003年底，由神州數碼（中國）有限公司、美國通用（GE）、日本TIS公司在中國共同出資，總部設在北京，在上海、日本都有大型分公司，同時在美國設有營業(yè)辦事處。
本公司的主營業(yè)務是物流、金融、數據倉庫等各領域的軟件服務外包，3年不到的時間，公司已經擁有400多名成員。
DGT是微軟在中國早期建立的“全球戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴”之一，擁有完全符合微軟、GE嚴格安全要求的大型開發(fā)實驗室。公司在2005年通過CMM3質量體系認證，目前正在按照CMM4的要求進行開發(fā)和質量監(jiān)控；2007年又榮獲了“中國軟件出口企業(yè)25強”的稱號。因強大的實力和發(fā)展?jié)摿?，本公司?007年初成為美國波音公司在中國第一家，也是的一家簽約合作伙伴。迄今為止，DGT已同GE、微軟、甲骨文、波音等跨國公司保持和發(fā)展著良好的合作關系。
