不管是被情人逼婚還是被家長(zhǎng)逼婚，總是有點(diǎn)不大情愿，需要武力來迫使某人就范，這樣的婚姻就是 forced marriage，也就是被逼成婚啦。那要表示“強(qiáng)迫某人和誰結(jié)婚”怎么說呢？可以用force someone to marry someone，例如：
My cousin was forced to marry a girl he doesn't love.

曾經(jīng)看過一條消息，說一個(gè)阿拉伯人被父母逼著結(jié)了四次婚，原文是這樣寫的：A Saudi man is in hospital after his divorced parents forced him to marry four times within six months. （就算可憐天下父母心，這樣做是不是也太過分了？）這里的marry 是用做不及物動(dòng)詞，表示“結(jié)婚”，比如 They married in their twenties.
如果不出現(xiàn)結(jié)婚對(duì)象，只是表示“被逼結(jié)婚”的話，還可以說 force into a marriage，在英國 Citizens Advice Bureau 的網(wǎng)站上關(guān)于 forced marriage 有這樣的陳述：It is a criminal offence to force a person to marry under duress.
