Diversity of citizenship：跨州案件

A kind of jurisdiction giving a federal court the power to hear a case based upon the fact that（a ）the parties to the litigation are from different states， and （b）the mount of money involved exceeds the amount usually dollars 10，000.Pursuant to Article three， section 2 of the U.S. Constitution， and the federal Judicial Code.
    聯(lián)邦法院管轄的案件需同時(shí)滿足兩個(gè)條件：
    1）雙方當(dāng)事人分?jǐn)?shù)不同的州；
    2）標(biāo)的超過(guò)法定金額。
    這是為了減少跨州案件的當(dāng)事人在外州遭受歧視。
