聽力訓練的絕好方法（中）
其次 ，就是訓練的方法了。經(jīng)過這么長時間的聽力實踐，還有主要是來自網(wǎng)友應用這些方法切實提高聽力的成功經(jīng)驗，我們總結(jié)了這篇聽力訓練法，其原理就是用聽寫強化耳音和頭腦反應之間的聯(lián)系，通過聽寫提高辯音能力，通過譯背來強化自己的語言應用能力。
訓練方法我暫時命名為《普特三步聽寫法》，主要由聽寫，對照，譯背三步分組成。具體操作步驟：（以2003年3月24日的一小段Special新聞為例）
一、聽寫根據(jù)選定的材料來進行聽寫，關于聽寫需要注意的是
1 、先將聽力材料先聽一遍或幾遍，看看自己能聽懂多少，再聽寫。復讀聽寫一般以5-8秒的短句為單位，5-8秒短句實際是機械記憶音節(jié)，超過10秒音節(jié)太多,只能理解記憶。 不利于聽寫。
2 、遇到聽不出來的單詞，盡量查字典，實在沒法了，才對參考文章。這樣主要是為了增強辯音能力。同時也是為了增大聲音與腦子反應之間刺激強度。
3 、工具：一定要使用復讀機或復讀軟件（針對具有微機的朋友而言）。如果使用復讀機聽寫，建議結(jié)合《聽音查字詞典》來聽寫，該書能夠極大的增強您的猜字能力。當然英漢詞典或電子詞典也是必須的。如果是使用聽力軟件，則建議使用聽力查字字典的電子版。同時結(jié)合金山詞霸等軟件。這樣可以提高聽寫的效率。
