    On the basis of the study made in Human Resources, there is a definite need for a well–rounded training program in our company. Numerous methods of operating are possible. The following recommendations are offered:
    1. Appoint a Training Center Director, preferably a person with sound academic credentials, teaching experience at higher education levels, and business experience in supervision and management. The person appointed would report directly to the executive vice president or to the president.
    2. Set up an Education Committee, consisting of the top executive of each of the seven divisions in the company and the executive vice president. This committee would advise the director of Personnel Training Center in training needs identification, training course selection and training result evaluation.史密斯先生,
