Executive Trainee Program – Marketing or Sales:
    

Based on Beijing or Shanghai
    

The Executive Trainee Program is a yearlong program designed for young graduates who have attained university degrees and are beginning their career at Heineken APB. It is a preparatory integration stage, giving successful applicants a tailor-made, all-rounded experience and exposure to different aspects of marketing function before being assigned to a specific position.
    

To qualify, individuals must possess:
    

1. A University degree from a recognized institute.
    

2. Fresh graduates with prior full time or part time experience in marketing, sales, research, or accounting.
    

3. Hardworking and willing to work outdoor under flexible schedules.
    

4. Integrity is essential, ability to work under pressure and with positive mindset.
    

5. Willing to learn and having the drive to deliver the best result.
    

6. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
    

7. Skills in handling popular computer software such as MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
    

Career Development:
    

Upon successful completion of Executive Trainee's assignment, candidates are likely to take up key roles in Marketing, Sales Department.
    

 
    

Brand Executive
    

Description of Job Duties
    

Develop and implement the marketing plan based on the national and regional marketing plan for the responsible area
    

Manage the marketing spending in accordance with POSM budget and national & regional ATL budget allocated to the area
    

Ordering and planning of POSM developed by HQ Marketing
    

Development the local POSM
    

Adaptation of visuals/POSM developed by HQ marketing
    

Report on competitor channel activities
    

Management of Area's POS inventory
    

Area Media plan / Advertising
    

Area PR execution
    

Project leader in new priority city/product development (planning /implementation)
    

Preparation of Channel visibility and visibility budget
    

Monitor and control the visibility and premium spending by cities to ensure effective use and allocation of resources
    

Qualifications & Work Experience
    

Bachelor Degree or above
    

Strong self-motivation
    

3+ years of marketing or trade marketing experience and FMCG industry preferred
    

Able to work under pressure
    

Team player
    

Able to travel to the cities in the area
    

PPT and MS office user, Photoshop user is a plus
    

Have a good command of English
    

 
    

Brand Manager
    

Description of Job Duties
    

A crucial position in the marketing team to secure implementation of strategic initiatives that will strengthen the company's position in the market. With entrepreneur instincts, the candidate will need to identify gaps and opportunities to build and develop a selected international beer to the benefit of the company. He/She will take strong ownership of the brands and be proactive in securing that the brand strategies are effectively implemented and activated in the market.
    

- Drive brands performance and achieve volume,share,distribution and profit targets.
    

- Develop brand strategy through the brand palns.
    

- Effectively manage A & P budgets and expenditure in line with strategy.
    

- Ensure excellence in executing strategy.
    

- Manage strategy into action and ensure A & P investment and implementation is consistent with overall strategy.
    

- Ensure full delivery of all initiatives on time.
    

- Work closely cross-functionally, especially with the sales team.
    

-Develop and implement relevant channel specific promotions and activities to secure excellence in market execution.
    

-Participate in relevant outgoing activities (e.g.market visits, press meetings, events etc.)
    

Qualifications & Work Experience
    

-University degree / MBA qualification.
    

-Minimum 7 years experience within brand/marketing management within FMCG.
    

-Experience with alcohol, luxury, beverage or lifestyle international brand preferred.
    

-Driven, action-oriented, independent and capable of driving change evident through track records in developing impactful consumer facing brand communication and activation programs in large organization.
    

-Must have a good balance of strong quantitative/analytical skills, sound commercial/business understanding and strong conceptual/creative skills with an eye for detail and alert in grasping business issues.
    

-First language must be Chinese, proficient in writing/editing to a high standard. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
    

-Must possess a strong ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
