Arbitrage Trading Program (ATP) [證] 套匯交易理論
A program used to simultaneously place orders for stock index futures and the underlying stocks. The ATP attempts to exploit price variations (Market Arbitrage).
同時(shí)買(mǎi)入股票指數(shù)期貨及相關(guān)股份的交易計(jì)劃，旨在從差價(jià)中獲利（市場(chǎng)套匯）
arbitrageur n. [證] 套利者 One who engages in arbitrage. Also called arbitrager.
是指從事套利活動(dòng)的人。
arbitration n. [房] 仲裁
An alternative dispute resolution method. Allows an objective third party to settle disputes between parties without resorting to court. Binding arbitration involves the parties agreeing to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator.
解決爭(zhēng)端的一種選擇方法，允許在不訴求法庭的情況下由客觀的第三方解決爭(zhēng)端。有約束力的仲裁須由各方同意受仲裁人決定的約束。對(duì)爭(zhēng)議的非正式聽(tīng)證，其間一組由公正委員會(huì)選出的人士（一般為三名）對(duì)爭(zhēng)議作出裁判。在做出判決會(huì)，不設(shè)進(jìn)一步上訴的機(jī)制
