Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing to complain about(投訴)the recent purchase(購買)of a woolen sweater(羊毛衫) from your department store on Philip Street, on August 25, 2007.來源:www.examda.com
I recently washed the sweater in cool water(冷水), as per(按照)the instructions(說明)on the label(標簽). However, when I removed(取出)it from the machine(機器,這里指洗衣機), the garment(服裝,衣服)was stretched(拉伸)out of shape(變形), and no longer fits(合適).
I phoned the store last Tuesday (June 21) and spoke to the department manager(部門經(jīng)理), a Mr. Morris, who was rather rude(粗魯?shù)?,態(tài)度差的)on the phone and informed(告知)me that I am not able to get a replacement(置換)sweater as it was purchased at a reduced price(降價). I felt really upset(不安的,難過的), for I have been a loyal(忠實的)customer(顧客)of your store for many years and until this incident(小事件), never had any complaints. I, therefore, feel disappointed to be treated in such a manner(這種方式).
I would, however, be perfectly(十分)satisfied(滿意)if you would kindly(好心腸地)replace(更換) the sweater or refund(退還) my money, whichever(不管哪個)is more convenient(方便的).
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours truly,
Kenny Gao(Examda)
