商務談判：簽合同怎么達成一致

來來往往幾輪談判，終于達成一致、可以簽訂合同了，但也可能其中一方會再提出修改。比如下面的對話：
     (1)
     A: This clause will have to be changed.
    這一條必須更改。
     B: Just pencil in the changes and we’ll retype it.
    修改的地方請用鉛筆，我們會重打。
     A: Can you read that?
    看得清楚嗎？
     B: Oh, sure.
    哦，沒問題。
     (2)
     A: We’ll have to get this contract typed as soon as possible.
    我們得盡快把合同打出來。
     B: My secretary can start on it right away.
    我的秘書現(xiàn)在就可以打。
     A: I think all the changes are easy to see.
    我想所有修改過的地方都很容易看出來吧。
     B: She won’t have any trouble.
    對她不會有什么困難的。
