前兩天有個埃及客戶,來我們公司確認了一個30多萬定單,由于單子較大,客戶價格壓的很厲害,并給出下單的目標價,所以我也只好向公司施壓,結(jié)果公司在高壓下當時把價格算下來了,定單也確認了,可是在收到客戶定金準備要開始生產(chǎn)了,才發(fā)現(xiàn)價格算錯啦,真是暈到!眼看到嘴的鴨子要飛掉了,一夜未睡,發(fā)奮楫書,終于用我中式英語說服了他,所以小有成就感的。今發(fā)表出來原文,謹以此鼓勵那些感覺英語不好并已經(jīng)準備退出外貿(mào)行業(yè)同仁們。
客戶原文:
Dear Mike,
This is very bad way to deal with your customer. I want to ask you a question, did you wait until you get T/T to tell me this silly story about wrong price calculation? and why you didn't find out this problem before receiving T/T. It is more than one month since you give me the offer, why only now you come to tell me so.
I insist to get the same qualityu with the same price as mentioned in the sales confirmation, otherwise i will cancel this order.
