    1.疑問(wèn)句和特殊疑問(wèn)句要倒裝
    Are you cold?
    Does he go to school by bike?
    [注意]若疑問(wèn)詞在句中作主語(yǔ)或主語(yǔ)的定語(yǔ)時(shí),不倒裝。
    Who is your English teacher?
    Whose father is a worker?
    2.There be 句型
    在There+助動(dòng)詞/情態(tài)動(dòng)詞+be+主語(yǔ)+地點(diǎn)/時(shí)間的句型中,主語(yǔ)在謂語(yǔ)be動(dòng)詞后面,因此這是倒裝。
    There was not an underground in Beijing before.
    There are not many people who want to read this book..
    There will be a basketball match this afternoon.
    [注意]這種倒裝句在There seems/happened/used/lived/came to be等句型中也同樣適用。
    There came the engineer.工程師來(lái)了。
    There happened to be a friend of mine in the park.碰巧在公園里有我的一個(gè)朋友。
    There once lived an old fisherman in a village by the sea.在海邊的一個(gè)村莊里曾經(jīng)住著一個(gè)老漁民。
    3.直接引語(yǔ)的全部或一部分放在句首時(shí),引述動(dòng)詞和它的主語(yǔ)有時(shí)裝。
    “May I come in and take a rest?” asked the pool girl.
    “Get out of the room!” shouted the angry woman.
    4.以here, there, now, in ,out, up, down, away, then等副詞開(kāi)頭的句子中,句子要倒裝,以示強(qiáng)調(diào)。習(xí)慣上,除以then開(kāi)頭的句子用過(guò)去時(shí)外,其余一般使用現(xiàn)在時(shí)。
    There goes the bell.鈴聲響了。
    There comes the bus! 汽車(chē)來(lái)了。
    Out rushed the children.孩子們沖出來(lái)了。
    Now comes your turn.現(xiàn)在輪到你了。
    Then came a new difficulty.接著有個(gè)新難題。
    [注意] 在這種句型中,如果主語(yǔ)是代詞時(shí)就不倒裝。

    5.虛擬語(yǔ)氣條件從句中的if如果省略時(shí),要把句中的were, had, should移至主語(yǔ)之前。
    If I were in your place, I wouldn’t give it up.

    [注意]if的省略、倒裝只限于if引導(dǎo)的從句中用were, had , should這幾個(gè)動(dòng)詞。
    6.在以so開(kāi)頭,表示上句中謂語(yǔ)所述情況也適用于另一個(gè)人或另一事物的肯定句中,表示“也一樣”“也這樣”的句子時(shí)要倒裝。這種倒裝的句型是:…so+be/助動(dòng)詞/情態(tài)動(dòng)詞+主語(yǔ)
    他非常喜歡音樂(lè),我也是。
    他們現(xiàn)在能游泳,我們也能。
    他看見(jiàn)了,我也看見(jiàn)了。
    我們昨天去看那部電影了,他們也是。
    [注意] 如果兩句話敘述的是同一主體同一內(nèi)容,即后句只是前句的重復(fù)時(shí),則不要倒裝。
    ——昨天很熱?!堑?。
    ——他工作很努力?!堑?。
    ——明天是星期一?!堑?。
    7. 以neither, nor開(kāi)頭的句子,表示“…也不這樣”時(shí),句子倒裝,其句型是:neither/nor+be/助動(dòng)詞/情態(tài)動(dòng)詞+主語(yǔ)
    我從來(lái)沒(méi)有去過(guò)國(guó)外,他也是。
    我沒(méi)有讀過(guò)這個(gè)故事,他也是。
    第一個(gè)不好,第二個(gè)也不好。
    8.在以never, hardly, not only, nor, little, seldom, nowhere, not until, hardly…when, no sooner…than, by no means等表示否定或半否定意義的副詞或詞組開(kāi)頭的句子中,該句主謂要倒裝。其句型是:否定或半否定的副詞或詞組+be/助動(dòng)詞/情態(tài)動(dòng)詞+主語(yǔ)
    我以前從未見(jiàn)過(guò)他。
    我想這幾乎不可能。
    我們經(jīng)常警告他們別做這件事。
    我們不但應(yīng)該不怕困難,而且要盡努力克服困難。
    我從來(lái)沒(méi)有意識(shí)到水是如此珍貴。
    直到半夜雨才停。

    9.only在句首修飾一個(gè)狀語(yǔ)或狀語(yǔ)從句時(shí),該句的住謂要倒裝。句型為only+狀語(yǔ)/狀語(yǔ)從句+ be/ 助動(dòng)詞/情態(tài)動(dòng)詞+主語(yǔ)
    只是在1918年戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)結(jié)束后他才能回到家鄉(xiāng)。
