A Generous Vacation Policy
Two business owners were comparing notes about the
difficulties of running a small business. One of the owners
said, “I started a new practice last year. I insisted that
each of my employees take at least a week off every three
months!” The other owner said, “Why in the world would
you want to do that?” So the first business owner said,
“It’s the best way to find out which one I can do without.”
