四,作文。首先看看作文滿分6分的標準:
    1, 有效地按照要求進行協(xié)作,文章切題;
    2, 段落組織有序,合理的展開說明;
    3, 使用適當?shù)氖吕С只蜿U述觀點;
    4, 語言流利,連接順暢;
    5, 句式多樣,用詞準確。
    如果劃分的話,命題形式有3種包括,對立觀點式,單一觀點式,選擇觀點式。有的參考書對三種不同的命題形式給出不同的摸板。后來我發(fā)現(xiàn)其實不管怎么樣的命題形式都可以用一個通用的摸板。有的人說,用摸板頂奪得4分。對這種說法我也覺得是不置可否,應(yīng)為到最后,我也發(fā)現(xiàn),不管你怎么寫,終究逃不出一種固定模式。而且我覺得老美看的是我們的語言,形式并不是特別重要。很多人問作文應(yīng)該怎么練,我覺得平時可以看一些范文,積累一些好的句子,經(jīng)典的名人名言(當然你臨時杜撰把你自己說的話當成名言也未嘗不可)。畢竟這些東西不是一日之功。平時一個禮拜寫一篇足夠了,可以請水平高的人給看一下,提點意見。到摸考的時候,一套做一篇作文做夠了。關(guān)鍵是語言要地道一點。內(nèi)容要銜接,不要上一個觀點還沒說完撲哧竄到另外一個觀點去了。到最后總結(jié)出自己通用的一個摸板。多套幾次??荚嚨臅r候,你就不用構(gòu)思文章結(jié)構(gòu)這一塊。想好內(nèi)容直接往里套就可以了。平時可以對著那些題庫,想想拿到這個題,有什么可說的。如果一個題目不好寫,可以事例多寫點。當然事例要用的恰當。我的通用摸板:
    引子:先敘述一段背景,可舉個例子或引一段名言,然后給出你的觀點,agree/disagree,如果是選擇觀點,可以給出你的觀點。
    理由一:
    理由二:…….
    (理由可以給出2-3個,每個占一段。每段首句總括,然后用事例或者說理展開。各個理由之間的關(guān)系可以是并列或者是遞進。每段的結(jié)尾也可以適當?shù)挠靡粌删渥骺偨Y(jié)。如果理由間是遞進的,要用轉(zhuǎn)承賜予。)
    結(jié)論: 做引申或者是概括。
    注意: 每段只有一個中心思想,當然對一個中心,可以展開分多個方面論述。下面用我自己考的前一篇練筆做個例子,歡迎指正:
    IC: What are some important qualities of a good supervisor ( boss ) ? Use specific examples and details to explain why these qualities are important.
    In our daily life, we often refer to someone as “ a born leader”, which implies that to be supervisor or boss, one should have certain potential qualities. For instance, being wise, integrated, decisive, humorous and so on. Among a long list of the qualities, I would like to say, to know people well ,to be decisive and to be humorous are especially important to be a good supervisor.
    To know people well, means, as a leader, one must have sophsticated communication skills and the ability to deal with people. As we all know, one important aspect of a leader is to monitor the relationship between the leader and his employees, as well as the relationship among employees. To achieve this goal, a leader has to know at least his employee very well. So whenever problems emerge, he can talk to an employee in a very personal an private way, thus handle the problems well. On the other hand, one more important task for a leader is that he should be able to distribute assignments to the employees according to the versatility of an individual employee. For example, one employee might be expert at computers, so he could be assigned to a job related to computers; While another one might be good at words , so handling public affairs may be appropriate for him. To some extent, whether a leader is successful or not depends on how well he know his employees.
    Similarly, it is also important of a leader to be decisive. Upon a problem, a leader must be decisive enough to make a prompt decision according to the information he collects. Even though, more often than not, he should always make a decision based on incomplete information and take some risk. This is what calls for a leader, because all the employees are relying on his decision. And sometimes, a later decision causes tremendous loss to the company.
    One more important quality worthy of mentioning is humor. A humorous leader is always one who can get along with employees and develop a good relationship with his partners. And he is also a good lubricant to improve the relationship between the boss and employees. In some cases, humor can relieve stress and bring laughter.
    In summary, to know people well, to be decisive and to be humorous, a leader will always find he is developing a good relationship with his employees and is doing his job efficiently.
    后記:坐在電腦前從下午一點到七點,邊想邊寫,寫了整整六個小時,真的希望它能對大家有點用處。 今天是3月22日,離我的gre考試還有整整兩個月,謹以此文告別我人生中的托福經(jīng)歷,與它告別。大四了,還整天奔波于寢室,教室,實驗室,走過美麗的校園,望著三月天空滿是的風(fēng)箏,有時就想,為甚么有這么辛苦,為什么有出國,在家呆著不是挺好的嗎?但我知道,在每個gter的心中都在渴求著一種東西,至于它是什么或許每個人都有不同的解釋。想想,準備出去的,出去了的可以說都是中國青年中的優(yōu)秀分子,青春中幾年中的大好時光都留在了異國。所以,gter們,不要忘了自己的初衷,不要忘了自己的夢想,出去了別忘了我們的祖國!!愿與大家共勉!!
