On the one hand, the authorities should set up rules and regulations to control the productivity and circulation of the plastic bags. On the other hand, people should realize the significant of protecting our environment and not use too many plastic bags.
為了解決這一問題，我想給出如下的建議。一方面，政府*應(yīng)該設(shè)定一些規(guī)章和制度來控制塑料袋的生產(chǎn)和流通。另外一方面，人們應(yīng)該意識到保護(hù)環(huán)境的重要性而且不用太多的塑料袋。
